I just visited store few mins ago she saw us ,door was locked and she hesitated to open the door and later when she open she was kinda downlooked us and she was on the call with other friends

My father is elderly and just called for some assistance. I believe your employees forget that their job is ultimately customer service. With poor customer service you get poor sales. She had an attitude on the phone and acted like she did not want to help him. The female employee then hung up on him as he was still asking questions. If you want good numbers, you really need to Retrain your staff on better customer service. Galveston office has very poor service, train better or get rid of her
