Place is terrible. It's a subpar daycare. They then will start to falsely assume accuse parents and call CPS over anything and nothing. Parents are cleared . But they will not apologize. Paranoid owner. Rude staff. Surprised this place is still open! Don't bring your precious children here.

The staff tries their outmost best to care for the kids according to the parent’s standards. They keep it clean, it always smelling good. Every daycare has their flaws but this one is a trying one

This place is horrible!!! My kids would get sick every time they ate at this school. My kids would return home dirty and often would have wet themselves and they are potty trained. The staff changes often, too often to establish good communication. The owner is never present and whenever I would reach out to speak to her she had such a horrible stance, very impolite! The very first week the staff are very soft speaking to lure you in and afterwards they become rude and incredibly disorderly!

The owner is incredibly rude and immature. Also when I arrived, I could hear employees screaming at kids from outside the door. Absolutely TRASH. Would not recommend. I also had a friend who had a terrible experience maybe a year ago. She said that employees were causing her of atrocious things and were gossipy and full of drama. They also discriminated against her child.

The Following Is Slightly Disheartening Bc I'm Sure My Kids Wouldn't Have Minded Coming Back If We Were To Have To Come Back Down To Galveston BUT: I Could've Saved $20-$40 If I Was Made Aware That A FULL Day Drop Rate Was $50 per child. I Have A 2 and 3 y/o & Needed Care For A Couple Hours. Drop off Was 7:30am Pick Up Was 9:30am. (Which Ran Over 20 Min.) I Was Quoted $40. The Contract I Signed Stated $1/min Late Per Child, Understandable. The Receptionist Had Said "It'll Be $2/minute If You Come After That Time" To Be Honest, I Presumed It Was A Slip of The Tongue As I Did Have 2 Kids and I Was Fully Aware of The Contract I Signed. When I Came To Pick Up My Kids, They Had Fun, Yes. But $80 For 20 Min Late For A Total of $120 Is Outrageous Especially If All Day Care Would've Been $100. Did They Learn French In 20 Minutes? When Asked About What The Contract Read The Receptionist Said "Oh, We Need To Change That.. But I Told You Verbally".. ?. In The Matter of Business, You Presented A WRITTEN Contract Which Takes 2 Seconds On The Computer To Update and Print Out.. What You Presented Stated "$1/min" THAT'S What I Agreed To. What If I Didn't Have Those Funds? & If Your Business Logic Makes Any Sense You Could Say "Oh, It's $10/min" or Whatever You Please If We're Going Off of The Merit of Words! That's What Contracts Are For. What Use Is An "Expired" One? But.. I Definitely Wasn't About To Argue over $40 Extra Dollars.. At Any Rate, The Kids Could've Stayed Longer and For Less Had I Been Given That Option. I Feel Robbed of An Opportunity of Declining Whether or Not That Was In My Price Range and Really Felt Like They Capitalized Off of Appearances. Maybe If I Came Dressed Unfortunate, They Wouldn't Have Tried It. But Nonetheless, If That's Really How It Is, There's No Excuse As To Why You Have Yet To Update Your Contracts For Future Customers. You Either Could Have Honored What Was On Paper ($40 + $40 Late Fee) or Disclosed The Full Day Rate at $50 per Child. Either Way A Quick Buck Doesn't Speak Life Into Your Business. Integrity Goes A Whole Lot Farther.

the workers are okay for the most part i will say but they don’t really follow a lot of the standards as they should , they can’t keep anyone because the “ director “ kind of has a way about herself from my understanding they feel as if you should pay for your own background check when applying , the owner is never there due to her trying to be a singer the daycare itself has a lot of flaws and could definitely do better
