Great Folks.... Super friendly and helpful.
Was forced onto a curb last night by a reckless driver & was worried about a tire since I hit a curb hard.
These good folks kindly checked all my tires & made sure my vehicle was roadworthy ..
Then sent me on my way at no cost..
I would highly recommend them !!!

We were on our way to a cruise and had a flat heading to the port. These guys were so nice and pulled our suburban straight in and fixed the tire. Got us in and out so we could make it on time. Awesome customer service.

I brought my car here fully expecting to buy a new tire. My driver's side front tire had been a problem for months - losing air. I had purchased it from a big box tire company and had brought it back there 6 times, trying to get it repaired. Each time they said they had fixed it; each time they hadn't fixed it. So I went to NTB here in Galveston, told them about my problem with the tire and said I wanted to buy a new one. William looked at my tire, said it still had a lot of tread life, took it to the back - and then came out and told me they had fixed it. And he had! Actually fixed it! He also took the time to explain to me how the tire alert light mechanism worked in my car.
I am so glad I took my car to NTB. Customer for life.

Picked up a nail while on vacation in Galveston. Stopped in at NTB and they took good care of me and got me in and out in no time! Highly recommend their service!

On vacation and tire light comes on my F250. Not an easy fix at 8pm. Google these guys and got here with little air left right before closing. They stayed late to get me back on the road. Nice guys. Thanks NTB!!!

This is the place to go for your tire & alignment needs. These guys are super helpful and honest with you about vehicle. I brought my car in for an alignment and unfortunately my steering rack is bad. These guys aligned the car the best they could and helped me out with the cost of alignment due to them not being able to get it 100% to their standards. Can’t thank them enough for the help!

This experience was completely last minute and unexpected!! We got off the cruise ship and discovered our flat tire. We found NTB to be open and moving quickly so asked for their help in getting the tires replaced. William was by far exceptional. Got us taken care of and back in the road in an hour with 4 new tires! Thank you NTB GALVESTON!

I seriously cannot recommend this place enough for tire issues. I had a leak in one tire, and scheduled a same-day appointment online. They got me patched up and good to go way faster than expected. William was awesome and super straight forward and honest. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, and certainly didn’t pressure me to buy a set of 4 new tires. All in all, they’re super helpful and honest, and I really appreciated their professionalism and expertise.

We needed a valve stem replaced on Mothers Day a little concerned about it being a holiday and Sunday but NTB was open until 5 so we headed over, they got us in and out in 20 minutes and didn’t charge us! What a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend them.
