They closed FOUR hours early for “weather.” The only unusual thing about the weather is that it’s a little cold out. Hope everyone is snug & cozy at home! ?

Super nice people. Gave us good recommendations and was just very helpful. We are building our aircraft hanger and came there for supplies. They were super helpful and respectful when we were in a hurry or didn't know what we were looking for.

today i submitted some papers to connect with spiral. Objectively fifteen minutes of work. No one was there and I was told to come before the end of working hours. Again, no one was there, there is no crowd, no work and my papers are not finished. It will be after twelve tomorrow. For twenty-four hours, I wait for a fifteen-minute job, while the worker does nothing and is rude. never again!

Nice to be able to pick up office supplies locally and not have to get everything online, even when delivery is quick. The folks at my local OD are almost always helpful and friendly, which can be a bit of a rarity at times. The only reason I didn't give OD five stars is that I have had issues ordering using their website. It seems like it has errors in inventory or checkout from time to time. But overall, an asset to have in our community.

I went in to do a simple fax. The store was nearly empty - maybe one other customer. A lone, sullen staffer pointed me at the self-service area and the self-service online upload system. There were two macines, one with a handwritten "out of order" sign taped to it.Whoever designed the self service user interface was trained by the Marquis de Sade.I had a five page fax. After considerable wrangling, it became clear the sotware would not process anything longer than a one page fax. I went to the sullen worker who tapped on the desk. There, another small sign had another email written on it. No other instructions - just a random abc123@whatever address. That's the one that works, said Sullen.Great. By this time other customers were waiting. In all it took an hour to complete the task.Going to that Office Depot reminded me of going into a Radio Shack or a Blockbuster video store as those once proud retailers gasped their last breaths as post-meteor dinosaurs. They're doing just barely enough to keep the doors open and squeeze out a few more buggy whip sales.Update: I see that in reply, you have offered a bureaucratic autogenerated response. No thanks.Oh, and one more thing: Anyone who uses this Office Depot service, which requires you to give up your email address, can expect to be automatically signed up for marketing emails.

The young lady at the print center was working by herself and went above and beyond in customer service. I have worked in Retail for decades and know excellent service when I see it. The manager here probably knows what a great associate she is, but I encourage him to reward her for all she is doing in that very busy department.

Paid for a printer and was told it would be delivered to my address. The next day Office Depot cancelled the order but I have not received a refund.

I come in almost daily to use the self-service copier. At first price was a few cents a sheet... it recently increased to .15 cents a sheet. Becareful not to print blank pages, it will charge you for that too. It is a wee bit disappointing that the Office Depot Salesperson cannot do refund or anything about it. Other than the copier, I do not purchase anything there. It is too pricey for me.-updated 8/8/23: I end up with a laser monochrome printer purchased. Saves me lots of money and I don't have to worry about rushing before it closes or dealing with trafficks down in Galveston.

As soon as I walked into the store, an associate welcomed me and asked if she could help me find a particular item. She then took me to the appropriate area and found the item (a printer cartridge) and literally handed it to me. The associate that cashed me out was very pleasant and even joked around with me.
