Took 4 items. 2 shoes that I said “I need the bottom of these shoes fixed,” a shirt that had a hole, and a leather purse to clean. The idiots took my shoes and only fixed the heel caps and not the soles. They insisted I said only heel caps. Excuse me? The sole was literally talking and they didn’t fix it! Paid $84 for the services! Sent the shoes and shirt back since the hole wasn’t sewed. Shoes came back even worse! I’m pissed. They refuse to fix the items that I asked for and paid for. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Never returning

This place is simply the best and it’s because of Martha. She has great poise, she’s very friendly and provides excellent customer service. The laundry and dry cleaning services are excellent and the prices are very reasonable.
