I wanted to switch to Randall’s since I shop there for groceries, and it’s closer to my house. Today, I went to pick up my medication (I had tried yesterday, but they closed early), and the staff was extremely rude and condescending.
I was there to pick up my birth control, but they gave me the wrong medication. Three male employees were incredibly dismissive, insisting that my medication “isn’t made anymore” (which is false) and questioning whether I was sure—like I haven’t been taking it since I was a teenager! When I said I needed to call my doctor, one of them rudely responded, “Okay, can you scooch?”
My doctor immediately called my prescription into Kroger. I informed Randall’s that I wouldn’t be taking the incorrect medication they had given me, and the pharmacist responded with a condescending, “Don’t worry, I’ll put it back.”
I then called Kroger and was met with a kind woman who had my prescription ready in 10 minutes—the correct medication, with no issues.
Especially if you’re a woman, I highly recommend getting your prescriptions elsewhere. This pharmacy is terrible—rude pharmacist, unhelpful techs, and awful customer service.

So grateful to the pharmacy staff for quickly filling my prescription before I boarded my cruise. I lost my medication somewhere in the shuffle of leaving our hotel and taking an Uber to the port. After calling about 5 other pharmacies nearby, Randall's, in under an hour, was able to work with my pharmacy back in VA, and get me the meds I needed before we set sail. Amazing customer service!

The staff from the pharmacist down are VERY RUDE and they messed up my transfer which caused me to get the wrong dose.... When I called about it they were very matter of fact with their level of rudeness and very uncaring....

After filling prescriptions at just about every major pharmacy available on Galveston Island, I feel comfortable enough to say that my experience at Randall's pharmacy has been the best one. I realize there are not enough pharmacies on the island because it's obvious if you pay attention, they are all crazy busy. I think it says a lot about a business to watch how they operate under stress. Walgreens is by far the worst, highly recommend you avoid both of them around here. But Randall's, they're pretty great. While they wouldn't get my son's insurance information from another pharmacy when the bill came out to over $400, she did write down what I needed to ask for on the phone. They're also nice when you speak to them, and they don't rush you away. I ended up moving all of my medications to Randall's even though its clear on the other side of the island from my home.

Rude male Pharmacist. Said "Whoa, whoa, whoa." Then hung up on me knowing I was a physician calling in a rx. I called back and he didn't say the call accidentally got disconnected. Instead, he continued to project how annoyed he was and said, "So what are we doing here?" I've been shopping at Randall's and using this pharmacy for 23 years - told him I would wait until one of the regular Pharmacist's who have always been professional, are working.

Service was pretty bad, no one knew exactly what they were doing just to get a price for something. For the record I was been going there for four years. I don't think I'm gonna go there any longer.

Customers are welcomed into the store by bird turds all over the trash cans and sidewalks. I know seagulls are a mess in this area, but the answer is to maintain the store front, not ignore it. Very Poor first impression for customers. Please reply with solutions??

Nicole, Randalls' Employee, distinguished herself by providing excellent service above and beyond what I would ever have expected. After finding my undelivered order from the previous day, Nicole took it upon herself to ensure a customer's order would be delivered. Ignoring any possibility of confronting an irate customer, Nicole fearlessly took responsibility and made contact with me. Nicole's customer relation skills allowed her to calmly and patiently to listen to me tell of my frustrating delivery experience. She then empathized and insured me she would resolve the issue. Nicole's knowledge of the customer order and delivery procedures, allowed her to establish a new delivery time quickly. Then she went beyond the norm, by guaranteeing the delivery, "if needed" would be delivered by herself. After her shift was completed, the order had still not been picked up for delivery. So as promised, Nicole took her personal time to make the delivery to my door. Nicole's integrity and dedication to Randalls and its customers are beyond reproach. Thank You Nicole and also Thanks to the Manager of Galveston's Randalls Grocery Store. (Sorry for the late posting - this happened on the 13-14th of July 2022)
