I had a really pleasant experience leasing with Rapp. Britni (so sorry for the spelling) was very nice through the rental process and I walked that place at night to make sure I felt safe. I do and the place is well lit. I'm very comfortable with my decision.

A management company that does not answer their phones or return emails does not deserve a favorable rating. One star is generous, in my opinion.
