Attempted to stop by after work to get something to drink, but the cashier was passed smooth out. Rang the bell 3 times and knocked on the window, but to no avail. He slept right through it. (And he’s sitting propped up right next to the window)

I recommend this gas station overall when coming to Galveston. Clean restrooms & easily accessible Burger King with their own restrooms as well , they are more clean. Adrian was very helpful and professional in helping me with a water bottle issue. Thanks guys

I can't stand the stores get new owners or whoever it is and they don't honor none of the prices they don't earn another the discounts and the rewards programs this is one store that does not honor none of that they claim they do but they don't you get a chance pass this one up and the gas is not good Port customer service

I walked up on a $500 fraudulent WIC transaction happening. Y’all need to pull the register security tapes from ~6:27pm on Saturday October 7th. I came around from the burger king walkthrough instead of the front door and the cashier and other person didn’t realize I walked up and was standing behind them for a few moments. There were no other people in the store, just us 3. I watched them ring up a bogus ~$504 transaction. They freaked out when they noticed I was standing there, got real quiet, then started fumbling with the WIC card reader trying to balance the normal card reader on top of it and then pushed it behind the impulse purchase display so I couldn’t see it and make it look like they weren’t using it. Then the OTHER CUSTOMER told me to go head to the other register to get checked out, and sure enough, the cashier stopped mid-transaction with the other guy, walked over to other cash register and rung me up. Then both of them just stood there eerily watching me until I walked out. I waited a few minutes until the guy came out and he certainly wasn’t carrying $500 worth of gas station groceries. All he had was a fresh pack of smokes. He got in a little black car with California License Plate 7hyd461.Also, it should be obvious that transactions like this cannot go unnoticed by the operator. They are either getting a cut of the action to turn a blind eye, or are grossly incompetent. Neither reason is good. This obviously needs to be escalated corporately before notifying the operator. And the security footage needs to be obtained before it’s “accidentally” lost. You probably need to audit any and all high dollar WIC transactions at this location. Let’s be real, no one actually needing food assistance is buying more than maybe $30 worth of WIC groceries at a small Shell Station when there’s a grocery store with a bigger, cheaper selection right down the street. Those guys were way too comfortable. No way this isn’t a common occurrence.I’ve reported this store to the State Office of the Inspector General fraud and waste department, so y’all may wanna take this seriously and get ahead of it. Since this is technically theft, I’ve also reached out to local law enforcement.I grew up depending on food stamps to eat, and have close family that still do. Seeing people abuse the system angers me on a deep personal level.

I was overcharged by 4 drinks!!! That's theft! I only got 2 electrolytes 1 uplift energy and 3 c4 but was charged 4 electrolytes 4 c4s! My husband didn't even notice until I looked at the receipt and we're already boarding our ship. Make sure you ask for a receipt and check what you paid for!

On Sunday 7/30 at 10:30am, cashier rang up items more than once, I noticed it and asked for a receipt, asked him for money back and he denied doing it and wouldn’t give me a refund. Avoid this place or watch them closely. I am out almost $8.

I loved it especially because it is a gas station that operates 24 hours a day, which is a relief.

I like that you can get your shell rewards bonus on the cash price. Gas was $0.20 a gallon cheaper than nearby gas stations when you do this but it's 15 cents cheaper than most gas stations when you pay cash.

This store charged me $12,09 for a 12 pack of Dr,Pepper and small bag of ice. This is crazy and I am furious ? unfortunately I didn't find out until after we left the store and I think someone should check this store
