So today I tried to purchase shoes and I took a little looking, when I get to the register big guy with dreads ask for cash or card only had cash. Apparently his manager was on a conference call and does not want him handling cash so unfortunately couldnt buy my shoes. SMH WHATS THE POINT OF BEING CASHIER IF YOU CANT CASH OUT CUSTOMERS

Excellent selection of shoes at competitive prices.Scored two pairs of quality mens athletic shoes ( Puma & Shaq ) plus 10 pairs of no show socks for less than $100.00...that included tax. GREAT DEAL!

The store was clean and organized. We were greeted upon entry, but no smiles, just a robot greeting. I did find shoes I liked and got the same greeting when we left. My main concern was there weren't many people in the store and even though we're from Houston, Shoe Dept is one of our favorite stores to shop. I'd say a few customers were in and out while I was there and I don't know if they made a purchase. I just hate for this place to follow suit with other retailers that have been closing. Please get some marketing out there to generate foot traffic to boost business.

I'd been looking for a certain Brand, noone had them. I called the Shoe Dept. Not only did they carry the Brand, but they had my size. Excellent service as well...
