Do not use this bank unless you want 5 star service, friendly people, a "hometown" feel and a smile. I honestly don't think they know how to do anything but make people happy and comfortable. And Cindy, the manager, she's literally amazing.

The manager, Cindy Anthony, and all the staff at my Pirate's Beach branch are exceptional. Always friendly and professional. Cindy made an extra effort to get me in touch with Frank Komasincki when I was ready to apply for a SBA PPP loan. I was so happy I was banking with a local bank. Frank sent out up to the minute emails explaining where the process was and kept the group informed with up to the minute details. I was ready to submit my application on the first day. The loan proceeds were in my account 7 days later. Thanks to everyone who works so hard at TFB! I wouldn't bank anywhere else!!!

TFB has gone above and beyond what I would normally expect from a bank concerning my business and personal needs. It has a wonderful hometown feel. Great bunch of people.

If you want a real review, this is the wrost bank ever. They are all low rent and cause more problems than they solve. On the other hand, I recommend Frost Bank. With Frost, you can be driving down hwy 45 and have a professional fix your problems in 5 minutes on a Saturday morning over the phone. I'm telling you, do not bank with this bank.
