We will never use this clinic again. We brought cat in for ear mites they charged us $185.00 for one shot, and did nothing for his ears! On top of the $120 for his vaccines. He was so miserable so we took him back and was charged another $100 for ear meds! Why didn't they do that the first time! What a rip-off! They took advantage of a elderly person!

Our dog fell from a deck and shattered his femur. We were a few blocks away from The Animal Clinic and rushed there to find out they were closed, but Dr. Lea Fistein agreed to treat him and pretty much saved his life and leg. They were able to stabilize him for transport to overnight ER in League City, then treated him the next day. He was able to recover enough for surgery the next week. The entire staff was very professional and we are much appreciative of their effort to save our dog.

If it wasn't for the people who work here I wouldn't be able. to do as much as I have been for my fuzzy family. Not only can you see that they care so so much about your pet but its also less costly here then other vets because they care. I always recommend to anyone! Another noteworthy comment is that when I lived on the other side of the island of course it took alot longer to get there then the one less than one mile away from me I didn't mind taking the extra time at all. Over the convenience of going to a vet that was so close the quality of care and cost that I saved is so much more worth a way longer drive!

I will never take my animals anywhere else. The Animal Clinic staff are courteous, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. Because of these qualities they are always busy! Best care ever!

DO NOT GO HERE! They misdiagnosed my pet with allergies 3 months later when I call back and I told him them his paw infection that originally went in there for has gotten worse and it is not allergies from the chicken in his food, which I was told it was. They told me they had sent me a letter stating that they couldn't help me because I guess I hurt their pride by telling them they misdiagnosed my dog. They told me I needed to go find another vet and I said well why don't you reimburse some of that money so I can afford to because we already started this thing and you're just going to send us somewhere else $300 later? And the answer was yes! We're not refunding any of your money and we're not going to help you on your way and we know we misdiagnosed your dog, but oh well. Absolute rip-off! Now I have to go back to square one and pay another vet, spend another chunk of cash to determine what I had to determine myself and get some antibiotics for this dog so we can get him well again. No thanks to these people! Don't bother bringing your animals here, cuz you'll wind up having to take them to a REAL vet (and pay again) that actually cares and doesn't push 100$ pill prescriptions.

We recently took a lost pup there to find his owner. They immediately scanned for a chip, and found the little guy was in their database and were able to get him to his rightful owners. They were so helpful, friendly, and to our surprise did not charge.

Lea F. and her staff saved our dog Oreo after being hit by a car. They were very professional communicative and kind AMAZING clinic!!!
