“I don’t usually leave reviews but due to the amazing service I received I absolutely had to leave one. This was my first time ever going to NTB but it was later into the day and my fam and I caught a nail in our tire. I came in and the manager was William was able to squeeze me in. He got us taken care of and kept us updated as we waited (which was not long at all) and even brought out toys for my kids and waters. We’re on our way back out of town from Galveston and the tire is doing great and holding up good. I’d recommend this place to anybody just for the quality service and great customer care”

They fixed it and checked car for any other problems which was found and fixed for their long drive back home. They went above and beyond. “Wow, this place was a life saver. We went to Galveston from Fort Worth Texas for a cruise trip for our baby moon. We were over the hill excited, and decided to go down a night early to explore Galveston. We arrived in Galveston and after getting ice cream, we were going to get some late night dinner, when we were hit head on by a drunk driver. Luckily, they hit the side of the front drivers side tire. After the hit and run, they took off, we contacted police which was no help at all, it was very disappointing. Our plans were crushed, we were 5 hours away with no way home now, and had to scramble to find plans. We contacted Firestone first thing in the morning, and they were AMAZING. They told us to bring the car up there, and to still go on our cruise, and that they would take care of everything. We needed up being able to drop the car off at Firestone, get a Lyft to the cruise port, and still go on our trip knowing everything would be taken care of. While we were gone, they got all the parts needed, kept our car safe, and kept family updated (as we did not have our phones on this trip). Me being 21 weeks pregnant I was worried out of my mind, but Firestone took all the worry away. Thank you a million times Firestone, for taking care of us.”

“I’m a chick that TOTALLY RECOMMENDS this well staffed tire shop! While on a brief getaway, noticed my car was pulling left & some tremor of the steering wheel…. the gentleman observed & diagnosed right in front of me… yeah, i was with my husband, who followed me over to the location but STILL… clearly explained issue & gave remedy, not pushing his product & n/c me for his help. Really cool experience. Ladies, i’d feel comfortable going by myself & not be taken advantage of
