My experience with the person that answered the phone when I called the office inquiring what I needed to do to retrieve my vehicle from their storage lot was not good. The customer service that I received was zero however, I understand everybody has bad days so I just sucked it up and went with it. She told me that she could not stay on the phone with me that I was holding up the phone lines. I was trying to verify that I had the right email. I asked her did she receive my driving license that I had sent to her yes, she received it but she did not receive my insurance card. I said it would be on the way. I called the insurance company and they emailed me a copy of my insurance card. However, it was the one starting for 11/01/2023 she said she needed the current one not the one from the future understandable. She was absolutely brutal. She was rude. She was not helpful It was like it was her first day on the job and I know it wasn’t. She’s been there for years. She’s the owner however, I did get to speak with the son and I told him what happened to me and that I had went on Google, and everyone else was having the same experience that I had had so I didn’t feel special she treats everybody that way rude, rude, rude and rude! When you’re in a business where you have people backed into a corner, I guess you can be that way.

Broke down today and Harley from Tony’s brothers arrived in ten minutes with a flatbed. He assessed the vehicle and towed it home for me. Made a stressful situation better quickly.

Very racists receptionist lady. When calling about my car that was towed she was automatically rude. Slurring words as if she were drunk. Then proceeded to repeat the same sentence in 4 different ways. When I asked about where I take my information she yelled and told me to “listen to her”. Then when I explain we were from out of town she said she didn’t care and proceeded to hang up on us. Had to call again to get the address and before hanging up she told me I sucked. I came with two others to get my car and she wouldn’t allow me in the building because she was upset about the phone conversation. Then threatened to call the police because I was pacing outside in the heat waiting for my car. Debby or Debra whatever her name is, she’s a total B and was never prepared for customer service. Even the other workers said she doesn’t have a hospitality. She is definitely not mentally fit to be running a company.

Scam do not use !!!!! Rude service .... Parents got in a wreck they were out of town vacationing and got in a wreck . They ran the plates said it was register some one else . Cussed my Dad . Wouldn't let him get his belongings .... Ridiculous . Please don't go here ....

I'm giving the three stars because the lady behind the counter was incredibly kind and very friendly. If not for her I would give zero.. The other woman whom I can only assume is the owner or owner's mother was miserable, rude and lazy. From the moment she opened the door, she was aggressive, insulting and unable to communicate effectively. She seemed so angry about having to do her job. I guess you don't need to worry about face to face customers when you are hired by other parties to tow vehicles. I appreciate the other lady so much. I'm sorry she has to spend her day with such an negative, abusive person. I don't know how she does it. She deserves a raise!!!

They stole our rental car after we paid for parking and then was extremely rude while trying to get it back and would not accept my insurance that clearly covers rental cars and I had to buy insurance specifically on the car that was in impound so I could get it back they are extremely rude people

These guys are criminals and tried to back me into a corner with their pricing. When they mentioned bringing another rig, I asked about the price and they gave me an outrageous cost when we were in dire need. I wouldn't use these turkeys if they were the last towing company on the planet!That was OK because afterall we found another company who gave us great service at a better price even under emergency circumstances.

Wrecker driver was very rude. Came on location and from jump had a bad attitude. The receptionist/ dispatch was equally rude the next day. WORST company I have ever used since my time out of the military.Service: Car towing

I called to get information about a family members car.Before I could ask my question I was told I was “playing games”, by some receptionist woman.I understand her frustration but she didn’t even give me two seconds to explain before I was treated like garbage.They make giving THEM money so difficult.

July 22, 2022 If I could give this local Tony dude a MINUS 10, I surely would. He was THEE MOST ----UNPROFESSIONAL, MEAN SPIRITED, DELIBERATELY INDIFFERENT, and RUDE man ever. His local business states it opens 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Ok so keep that in mind as I continue. I was involved in a rollover accident on July 22, 2022 at 430p, in which a truck ran me off the seawall 1 mile from my home as I was headed to work. My car flipped up down and sideways, WHY you might ask, (Tony never did) because a truck ran me off the hwy/seawall!!! Yep... it's a 10 foot drop off; my car is totaled and, it's only 2 years old. It was a VERY scary accident, I watched my car tumble/flip all around. I landed and an off duty policemen stopped and rendered aid along with a lot of beach goers. They pulled my out of my car and started checking me. A lady called my employer for me. GPD, GFD, and the ambulance were all there quickly. The person(s) driving stopped. When I got home from the ER; I was still in shock, very tired, sore...and, had to call GPD to find out who had my car; it was Tony Bros wrecker At 1130p, I called him and he didn't sound happy that I did, even though it states he's open 24/7. He was very loud when he spoke, he TOLD me very demanding that he had my car so I asked him if I could come get my belongings Saturday? He started telling me that his office wasn't open on Saturdays but he would make an appointment with me. Ok. Good. But then, he got so overly aggressive and annoyed when I couldn't understand him. He LOUDLY TOLD me what he needed from me: registration, TDL and insurance and that he wanted it emailed to him. I asked for his email but he was talking so loudly and non stop that I couldn't clearly understand him, so I asked him a 2nd time. He dismissively said, "I'll spell it out for you mam" and he did it so fast and abrupt Now, granted I wasn't the sharpiest tool in the box, I just flipped over a few times from 10 feet! He sounded bothered and was so inpatient I almost cried. I sent him the documents within 30 minutes. Fast forward to today, Saturday July 23, 2022. My insurance company 3-wayed a call to him at 930a, he answered and the ins rep spoke. He started TELLING the Rep the same thing he told me last night. I spoke up and announced myself to ask him if he checked his email because I had sent him everything he requested; he said no and continued to TELL us both again what he needed. I told him to check his email and to stop yelling DAMN. Well, that pissed him off and he went off. He started repeating his instructions again and the ins Rep kept saying, sir... sir. He didn't acknowledge, continued talking and hung up. This man could care LESS. Rep called him again. He said, he got my email and asked for another email with all the same info but giving my permission for ins co to pick up my car. He said if I was there 5 minutes late he would not be there. We got there on time. He didn't introduce himself, he had nothing to say to me. So, I broke the ice and said, I'm sorry we have not been on the same page. He said, mam let's just get this over with, and slammed my own documents down on the desk and TOLD me to sign all of them. I said wow you don't have any compassion or empathy for someone that could have lost their life yesterday; he said... "LIFE GOES ON" I said, sir it wasn't my fault, a truck ran me off the seawall He said "lady grow up, I've been in business for 80 years and you didn't "choose" my business anyway." NEVER. EVER. will I ever have ANYTHING positive to say about this owner. Never. Heartless soul. Thankfully, my sweet dad was with me and Tony was all sweet like sugar to him. Maybe, Tony hates and/or disrespects women? DO NOT RECOMMEND. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND

We were stuck in the sand AAA was useless told us to call this guy he wouldn't even answer his phoneSo if your stuck in the sand in Galveston don't depend on the towers to come! It was the kindness of 6 people and a truck that pulled us out!!!
