All three young ladies that were there were super helpful, having worked in Customer care myself I enjoyed seeing the mood and vibe of that work space increase with every new customer that came in as well as the help the provided for me. Definitely a 10/10 experience will definitely be coming back

Driver was extremely rude and knew he was being that way. He was delivering to our large company, and dropping our boxes. Very unlike any other driver from this company and others.
His truck #865794. He needs to be replaced.

I had a pesky scan task for multiple documents and Jesus and Alyssa at this store solved my problem with speed and accuracy. They kept the documents in order and managed the line efficiently when more customers arrived. They were super courteous and capable and will be why we choose this business next time, too.

Personally, I’m extremely satisfied with this UPS store at 6341 Stewart Rd, Galveston TX. I’ve been a customer for 10+ Years. Owner, Susie, & staff have been phenomenal. When a “special service” is “NEEDED” contact Susie and she’ll perform for you. I recommend this store “UNCONDITIONALLY” MS

WARNING ⚠️ MANY OF THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FROM EMPLOYEES FAKE. I am a islander and been coming here for year's and always had issues with the Hispanic employee he rude, and keeps loosing my packages I reported this matter to Suzie repeatedly and continues, now again this idiot doesn't want to scan my packages and I believe he give them to wrong carrier intentionally this is the 5 time he has done this. Everytime ! Only with him and he tries to blame others now I screwed $160 and my customers upset this is wrong and he needs to be fired no more I am sick and tired of this guy. Here my tracking and shows never scanned? If your the owner please take action. I am loosing money and I need the owner to refund me for my lost due to that employee actions. I really hope he is fired.

This store is never open when they advertise. I sit out front waiting for someone to open at 8:15 or 8:30. So frustrating always on island time

I absolutely LOVE this store. They are so helpful and always take the time out to help their customers. It's usually a busy store but they still make sure ever customer feels helped. This is the only store I will be going to. Thank you UPS for caring for your customers.

I visited the UPS Store #4495 in Galveston today, and I couldn’t have had a better experience!
I needed to mail an envelope mailed out of the country and wanted to ensure it was sent the quickest way with tracking.
Susie was absolutely amazing. Even though there was a line behind me, she took her time to answer all my questions without rushing me. She also carefully reviewed the address to make sure everything was correct, which I really appreciated.
Susie was incredibly pleasant to work with. Despite how busy the store was, she made me feel like I was her only customer. She is truly a sweetheart and a fantastic employee who goes above and beyond. I’m so grateful for her help and highly recommend this UPS store, especially if you have the pleasure of working with Susie!
