Ever since the first Circle K that I discovered last summer in Louisville Kentucky, I have sought out Circle K stores for their beautiful layout, great products, hot sandwiches and very good staff. That is no exception here in Galveston. The two Circle K stores we have so far patronized have both been excellent. The Circle K down on the side of town is extremely busy and very well-run. This Circle K - at the very eastern edge of the downtown - is a little calmer, but extremely well-managed. Ryan the manager is a great guy, who seems to bring forward excellent performance from his staff. David, a manager-in-training, has been extremely helpful to us and is great with my service dog Magic. Temeka is a very industrious staff person who seems always to be cleaning, but also is very friendly and helpful. Luci Anne, who just started last week, is tremendously focused and obviously hustling to do a really great job. She is only there part time, but she demonstrated the capacity to not miss a beat in her cleaning duties while she also had a great conversation with me. She has a very interesting background, which includes being 5th generation Latina American in Galveston. She had a bad accident two years ago and is just now getting back to work. She obviously loves being back at work and is a terrific resource for the store. I always recommend Circle K convenience stores - and this is one of the best I have ever seen. It also is directly across the street from a fabulous beach - Stewart Beach - which is undergoing renovation. You cannot park on that beach, but you can easily walk there from the Circle K store. It is beautiful and apparently never crowded. If the secret to business success is "location-location-location", then I choose this location that gives you great access to the beach and much less crowding.

Being able to get $.06 off per gallon really helps especially with the high cost of gas and it helps to have a hybrid vehicle

Good service great people fast and efficient love the gas prices here however the pumps jump so maybe someone needs to address that because after I left I had to add gas treatment to my vehicle

This is a shady place, especially at night. We stopped to go to the bathroom on our way to the port and there was a homeless man sleeping on the sidewalk right in front of the building. It's dark, poorly lit, and dirty. Never again.

Stopped in at 628 Broadway in Galveston yesterday to fuel up and get some snacks. The employee was standing outside smoking a cigarette. When asked how he was doing, he said he was fine until we came up because we interrupted his smoke break. He was not very professional at all

Fine during the day , but at night sometimes they lock the store up when there supposed to be open and don't let anyone in . Not okay .
