I switched from T-Mobile to this Verizon company and I regret it. I'll explain why. 1. Every time I go, I waste my time, it takes me 3 hours or more, and no problems are resolved. 2. I've made requests regarding protection for my cell phone, and each agent gives me a different price for the same request. 3. I bought a smartwatch with a landline, and they were never able to activate it. It only worked with Bluetooth, not with the landline they were charging me for. 4. When I bought my phones, they told me they had insurance, but only one has insurance. I think that's wrong.
