10/1/2024 @ 815am Cashier on self check with all the face piercings needs to learn some SERIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
Separate transactions for a reason, paid different methods for different people, but honestly, it's NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS! I could see if there was a long line or it was super busy, but it wasn't!
Walmart, make up your mind either you install self check outs for customer use or take the d@.. things out and hire more cashiers that know how to work in the customer service field.
Not everyone is a thief. STOP treating everyone as they are all the same.
Trust me, if I could give less than 1 star, I most definitely would!

I went to buy a bottle of wine to take on the cruise ship the next day. Cashier comes over to self check out and asks me and my daughter who was with me, both for our id's. My daughter is 18. I explain to her she's not 21, but she's my daughter. She said they couldn't sell it to me since I have a minor with me. I explained this is my daughter, not just some minor. She was extremely rude and finally basically said if she leaves then I can go back through and buy it. She walked off with the wine. My duaghter went outside. I go ask the lady if I can now have the wine bottle so I can check out. She said no, you'll have to go to the back of the store and get another one. Are you kidding me? Rudest experience ever with a Walmart employee. I was obviously with my kid, we have the same last name, same address on our id's. The woman was on a power trip. Glad I don't live down here. Wish I had gotten her name. Never had that experience when buying alcohol at a Walmart with my kids.

Tried to exchange an item under warranty. Very argumentative customer service people. I asked to see the manager. The mgr refused to talk to me. I'll shop somewhere else.

The bathrooms are complete squalor. Disgusting. No toilet paper. They did not have my feline favorite brand of cat food (Iams). They didn't have travel sized Axe body spray. The prices are reasonable, but one of the dirtbag cashier stole a bag with $29 worth of items from me by not telling me I had forgotten it... customer service/ relations is very rude. The lady at the desk lied and claimed there was no Grizzly long cut wintergreen when i saw it next to the Coppenheagan. She gave me the inferior brand. I was stopped at the door and accused of stealing/shoplifting by loss prevention. He threatened to put me on the trespassing list and call the laws, Even though I presented receipts and the metal detector did not signal . This white lady with purple hair (also an employee)said he looks like he might shoplift. No management on floor. They wouldn't accept my SNAP for grocery items.
