A load of stress was removed from my shoulders due to the staff, especially the manager Sam. She was absolutely amazing, funny, and really helped me get exactly what I needed and in such a timely manner that I'm truly grateful for. With all of the stress of moving, Sam really helped relieve our stress and brought smiles and laughter to my family which really helped my wife and I. This has been the cleanest storage facility I have rented. The kindness and caring hospitality that my family received was by far the selling point over any of the other facilities. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The new owners have really instituted a culture of service. Today, I was unloading my truck and dropped and lost my storage unit key. I called Sam to drill or pop the lock, as I was on a tight schedule. She said “Let’s just find the key”. So drove out to my unit…and found it. As she drove off in the golf cart, I was calling after her “Lifesaver!”

The young lady running it is really nice. She worked with me and was never anything but pleasant!The property could use a repaving but for the most part it was a nice place and a good experience!My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I went thinking I was getting a 5x10 for a great deal I saw online, but got a 10x5 for almost $40 more......(?).I ended up getting my stuff out much earlier than I needed to because of the budget I set for it.I will use them again ?
