Ripoff all the bikes have mechanical problems. People working there are rude kids. We ended up renting a golf cartfrom one of the several local shops for a reliable fun vehicle. The good five star reviews can not be legit Save your self a miserable experience

Horrible rented 5 bike for an hour 1 lost a chain. 1 pedal broke, 2 batteries died while 3 miles away. Called for help. “Sorry we are to busy to help” Total lack of customer service immature kids working here. No refund and no help. Don’t waste your time. Disrespectful punk kids. It was a girls trip. ZippEbikes made the whole process enjoyable and easy. The employees were so professional and yet easy going. They gave great instructions on handling the bikes for people who had never ridden e-bikes. Willy D was a great tour guide; great information, instructions and pace. They refunded the money for one person in our party who was unable to make it. Would definitely return.

Such a fun and history-rich tour! Our tour guide was awesome, knowledgable and very nice. My husband and I got to do the tour as just us, so it was really enjoyable and easygoing. Highly recommend booking a tour with Zipp E Bikes!

We took a tour with 4 teenagers and a toddler and everyone had a great time! We did our tour at 3pm at end of one of the hottest Julys I have ever experienced but it was still incredibly enjoyable given the breeze you get when you are moving and as long as you are in the shade when you stop. Our guide was very good and intentional to park us in shade everywhere it was possible. Our tour guide was also simply fantastic to listen to and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. I am a moderately active 40 year old mom and it was easy for me to operate and maneuver the larger bike with the toddler seat on the back. Wish I would have brought a backpack or fanny pack with hold my phone and a water but our tour guide brought waters for us which was so nice! I highly recommend for groups of all ages!

Look no further and choose your bike here. We rented a bike to ride around the island. Sara was super helpful on making sure we got the right bike and that we were safe. She suggested areas to explore and made us feel like we were welcomed guests.We were provided a fast bike that was in great shape. Renting from a store that works on bikes seems to make way more sense than renting from a T-shirt store. The bike was maintained, a helmet was provided, and we were able to bring it back the next day.Plus, Dolly (the dog that greets guests) gave us sloppy dog greetings to send us on our way. What are you waiting for? This is the place!

Len was our guide. He really knew Galveston inside out! What a great tour. Very fun and informational as well. Highly recommend! If you can get Len as your guide even better.

What a fun experience! We explored Galveston and learned about the history. The architecture is also very interesting. Plus we were looking cool on our e-bikes! Special thanks to Adriana for getting us thru safely. If you are apprehensive and a first timer, we both had knees replaced within the last two years and did fine.

We did the Zip E-bike historic tour today. The information we learned about the history of Galveston was fabulous. Rob was a super great guide. The bikes are also very easy to learn to ride. I highly recommend it when in Galveston.

Loved every bit of it!! Adriana was so funny and welcoming. Couldn’t ask for a better tour guide! Had so much fun with the other riders! Even tho it started raining on us. But still enjoyed it so much!

Being senior citizens, we were a bit worried about how we would do on the bikes, but quickly found ourselves having fun and enjoying the ride. The city tour was filled with interesting facts about Galveston and our guide answered all our questions. The next time we visit Galveston, we will definitely be E biking. I'm looking to buy one for home now.

My son and I had a lot of fun on the two eBikes we rented. The guy who helped us (I can't remember his name) was very friendly and set us up with bike locks so we could lock up the bikes while visiting shops.The bikes were very fast and very nimble. We had a blast!I wouldn't select the same model of eBike next time since I prefer the more upright riding position and seat of a mountain bike style eBike.But, we will definitely rent from them again when we're in town.
