“I was on my way back from Houston heading to Edinburg when my 2007 dodge Ram 2500 diesel had a bearing lock up in the tensioner pulley and the belt came off and wrapped around the fan , luckily I was close enough to the T/A in Ganado Tx . to get it in the parking lot so my 18 yr old daughter wouldn’t have to be in the texas heat, I asked the cashier if their were any auto parts store in the area and was told Napa was about a 5 min drive or a 30 min walk , well I called Mike at Napa and he had a new pulley and belt tensioner assembly , and I asked him if there was any way I could get it delivered to me at the T/A and he asked if I could have the exact amount or pay with card on the phone , I told him I had cash and would have the correct amount , I walked back out to my truck to get some change , and he pulled up next to my truck with the part , less then 5 min . It was a perfect fit and 30min later I was back on the road . Mike, I can’t thank you enough for getting me out of bind , you didn’t have to bring me that part I know you were busy , I could hear phones ringing in the background, THANK YOU, for your time , people like you are few and far between.”

“You will not find a better or more honest mechanic. He is very thorough. He explained everything to me and made sure I was safe and aware of what I needed and what not to do. When I was having trouble finding the part, he took time out of his day to see if he can find me something a little better. He will be the only person who ever works on my car ever again. Thank you so much for your help.”

“Very professional in communication and efficient with time considering all the supply chain changes in recent years. Highly recommend if you're in need of a collision repair and are working through insurance.”

“There aren’t enough words to explain my gratitude to Dennis. Thanksgiving, my son and I were headed to Katy, returning from our holiday in Rockport. The battery in my car started dimming headlights and turned off interior lights before it eventually died on us. We were able to drift off of 69 to a safe place. I believe Vernon (his brother-in-law) stopped to help us first. He then called Dennis, who just so happened to be a mechanic. He drove 7 miles back into Edna then 7 miles back to us with a battery. I am writing this review as we are driving away. His website showed CLOSED FOR THANKSGIVING….yet he still worked on Thanksgiving for a stranger broke down on the side of the road. My belief that there are still good people in this world was proved tonight. I will now drive to Edna from Katy for my basic car maintenance. Thank you so much Dennis!!!!Service: Battery”

“Service was outstanding. Changes tires on my motorhome. Wait was about 15-20 minutes for them to get set up get started. They were done in about an hour which is understandable as the tires were inside tires on the tag axle so basically they had to deal with 4 tires. Very satisfied and pricing is best we could find.”
