The park is suited for big rigs with long, level pull-through concrete pads, so RVs are set on concrete and not dirt or gravel. Guests should note that the streets and spaces are tight and narrow, so those with a longer rig are advised to be careful. The park offers full hookups with city water that work flawlessly, featuring 50A-30A, good water pressure, and sewer with threaded connections. Amenities include free cable TV and Wi-Fi, on-site laundry facilities, and air-conditioned showers with clean bathrooms. For relaxation, there is a newly-renovated rec center for lounging or playing pool, a playground for kids, and a dog park. A small mini mart is within walking distance for ice and essentials. The RV park is very quiet at night with no road or train noise, which is appreciated by overnight workers. The people who run the park are friendly, helpful, welcoming, available, and accommodating, treating guests like family. Most people are friendly, courteous full-timers, creating a nice community. The park is all-inclusive and maintains a clean, quiet atmosphere, making it a highly recommended five-star stay for travelers passing through or those seeking a longer stay.

Just came to sister's for a few days here. It's full for a reason, it's really nice. Management is A+. She went and got a pump to air up electric bike tire that went flat so sister wouldn't have to walk it home. Far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle but

Owner Michelle was SUPER helpful getting me a spot last minute and checked in to make sure I was good going to my next destination. Means a lot to a solo female traveler! Spots are nice and I slept like a baby.
