Current resident this place is a hidden gem 10 to 15 mins from Midland and Odessa and away from the bustle. Green and manicured with treea shading most spots and even better utilities are included with the price. Michelle is awesome cannot say enough good about this place

Five stars for a one night stay, Just passing through. It's a bit off the beaten path, however it does keep you out of the city. Easy drive back to the I 20. Michelle is very helpful. Easy to get to and drive to the office. The streets and spaces are tight (narrow). If you have a longer rig be aware. I was very careful and walked my path first, on the way in and on my way out. The RV park is quiet at night, no road or train noise . All spots are concrete with grass between spots. Full hook-ups worked flawlessly, 50A-30A water pressure was good at 50lbs and the sewer had threaded connections. There's a small Mimi Mart down the street (walking distance) good for ice and essentials. Most people here are full-timers, not to worry everyone is friendly.

The Rusty Boot is a wonderful rv park, the park is clean, your rv is setting on concrete and not dirt or gravel, the people who run the park are friendly, and they keep you informed about what is going on in the park and it is great for the kids.

I just moved in this past weekend. I found Michelle to be welcoming, available, and accommodating to my unique situation. I checked out 10 local RV Parks which ranged from $375 plus electric to $800 all inclusive. All others were gravel lots and looked kinda sketchy. This one was clean, neat, all inclusive and all concrete. I believe you have to have an rv of a certain year or newer. Mine is a 2015 and it was ok. I work overnight and sleep days and this place is very quiet. I wish the 1 or 2 marijuana smokers would be doing that elswhere and although they are are discreet in their rv's you still smell it. Oh well, you can't get everything but I am very happy and give the place 5 stars. Nice neighbors, too.

We've been here over a year and it's gone downhill. Washers are broken every week, a dryer currently broken with the button just laying on top. Dogs constantly barking. All day and night. For $800 a month, you can get more, at other places.Places right down the road with pools, AMAZING clubhouses and 24/7 locking gates.Yes it has concrete, but don't let that fool you. We're on a corner lot and have been asked to move our SUV MANY TIMES (which was not in the way/street) just so RVs can turn onto the row. Park swing has been broken the entire year and 3 months we've been here. Speed bumps falling apart, or on grass. Internet is very slow, and they just had new stuff installed. Run from this place.

We stayed an entire week in Gardendale Texasthe Rusty Boot Rv Park was a wonderful place to stay.It was clean and my husband, like the fact that the parking place for our trailer was on concreteThe people staying there were courteous, and the people who run the park was just so nice and very helpful. That was close to local businesses, but you felt like you were still staying in the countryL O L it seems like I’m always writing about the bathrooms but for me that is a very important part of staying in an RV park??The bathrooms are clean good water pressure, We will definitely be back.

Parking on concrete is nice, but way overpriced for what you get, internet is really slow (unless you park upfront by the office), cable tv is horrible (plan on getting Dish or Direct TV).

Review - the highest priced RV park in all of West Texas. Who is now raising rates to $800 a month! The "upgrades" they added are new signs around the park. Oh and a new concrete slab for the park manager. We will be paying $800 to mow my own lawn (since the gardeners have torn up hoses), pick my own weeds, seed my own patch of grass. Also get told to not use water on the grass or they will shut water off completely. The sticker situation is horrible and the playground is filled with them. Oh and the free W/D are constantly having issues. It ripped my comforter apart the other morning. The only reason we have stayed was the school district is best in all of Odessa. So that's my review of the ol Rusty Boot.
