In May of 2023, I was involved in a head-on collision with an individual who was under the influence in downtown Austin. The front end of my 2012 Cadillac Escalade was severely damaged, and the car was left inoperable. B&A provided excellent service by working seamlessly with my insurance company. Their attention to detail and quality artistry was truly commendable. I highly recommend B&A, as their office staff was super friendly and kept me well-informed throughout the process. Once the parts arrived, they were on it, and I got my vehicle back on the road.

Brought my fathers truck back from the grave to better than what it was in the 80s! This thing was an eye sore and rotting away. I can do a lot of things to cars but body and paint is not one and I had previously had some work done on other vehicles and knew the quality of their work so It was a no brainer when I decided to restore the truck. Quede muy satisfecho con el trabajo bien hecho despues de que repararon mi vehiculo. Un negocio impecable.I needed some body work done after hitting a deer. I thought I was going to have to wait a while to get my car worked on since I had called several body shops & all seemed to have a wait list. Before & After Auto Body was able to set up an appointment with me in a timely manner.Overall, they are exceptional in how well they get the job done . From communication, to being thorough, professional, & my vehicle came out looking immaculate.I highly recommend this place.

This is one of the best auto body shops in the city. They took our car in when no other shops would and did a fantastic job. They worked with our insurance company so easily, everything was a breeze. And our car came back perfect and really clean.Give this place your business. They deserve it!

I will defenetly recommend this place ,very satisfied Pio and his staff went beyond expectation, I took my 2018 Rav4 to him after having an incident and getting some scratches kinda deep on my wifes car, i went to the dealership since im still paying it and thought they were going to helps out came out of there with a $5000 estimate i was very scared until my dad recomended me Before and After when i got there pio came to us and greet at us personally which my wife and i really liked then he inspected our car ..it was a learning experience because he took the time to explain how he was going fix it and politely answer all our questions unlike the dealershipI have to his price was very reasonable he even detailed the car left it very shiny and clean.
