The staff, particularly Bob, is consistently described as fantastic, helpful, and great to converse with, offering excellent customer service and a great sense of humor. He patiently answers questions and explains issues clearly, providing helpful information and services even if a vehicle does not pass. While there can be a wait if busy, clients agree the prompt service is worth it. Reviews highlight the decent price and a strong, recurring recommendation from customers who plan to return year after year.
Highly recommend getting your inspection done here! Bob was so kind and had me in and out in about 15 mins. I’ll definitely be coming here for all my inspections from now on. Totally worth the drive out to Del Valle to avoid the long waits at other places, + you get to support a small local business!

I brought a car from out of state and Bob performed an emission test on my car in a quick, efficient and professional manner. The advice he gave me for getting my car through the next steps were so helpful and much appreciated!
