The regulate price increases is why I moved storage units. Started off at $65 and just it down with the last price increase to $149 for a 10x10 non climate control unit in the country. Thanks but no thanks

I have had a storage unit here for nearly 6 years and have never had a problem ( if I did, I would trust Patrick to resolve it). I wouldn't want to go to any other place because Patrick (manager) does such a great job, he is honest, very helpful, very nice, knows everything about the place, also he keeps an eye on the place and is a great person! When he is not there, the sub they have is very nice also. I recommend this place to others also. It is priced very reasonable. Thank you Patrick!

My unit was broken into and although I’ve paid for the insurance(which is mandatory), a police report was filed, yet ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done, and NOTHING was reimbursed! THIS PLACE HAS GUYS WHO LIVE IN THE UNITS, that they rent. YES YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY, they allow people to live in units they rent. YOU HAVE NO ACCESS FROM 10pm-6am, yet the ones who stay inside of the units, are free to do what ever they want. WHEN MY UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO, A LOCK THAT IS SOLD IN THE FRONT OFFICE, IS WHAT REPLACED MY LOCK-yet NO ONE SEEN OR HEARD ANYTHING, and NO ONE KNOWS WHO PUT THE LOCK FROM THE FRONT OFFICE ON MY UNIT! SEEMS A BIT SUSPICIOUS TO ME! As if that isn’t bad enough, there are also rats, as well as raccoons, that can and will get into your unit.

I wasn't sure about this place at first but that quickly changed as Patrick got me settled in quickly. He was so friendly and personable. The place is clean, secure, convenient and reasonably priced. Really happy I found this place.

I wanted a location that was close to my home but on the way into Austin and this place fit the bill. Patrick was very nice and helpful. I needed to rent a storage unit for my staging furniture and Patrick patiently showed me all the different sized units. He was professional and friendly.
