Not satisfied. Went in for inspection, was told it wouldn’t pass due to dry rotted tires and windshield wiper. Ended up buying 4 new tires from him only to have all my rims scratched and banged up during the change. Took it to another shop to evaluate the damages and was told that as long as the tread is good it will pass inspection. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I am a women.Service: Tires

We’ve been taking our cars here for several years and have always had a good experience. They are quick and helpful when they notice something about the car. The waiting room also stays clean, which is nice.

I do not recommend going there. The manager was very bad when I said that every time he adds more oil to the car than necessary, and I had to change the collets of my car. I went back today to change the oil. His treatment was very bad and disrespectful. I will not come back again.

Never coming back. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and tire plug. Started off by messing up my glove department. He slammed it shut without ensuring all the contents were fully seated so bent the fixture. Glove department wouldn’t shut after he did that. He spent 5-10 mins rebending the fixture until it shut as I kept a close eye to make sure he did so.Then he ended up using the wrong size tool to take off my lug nuts so I saw him banging his hammer on my lug nuts to take them off. I had to stop him, bring the manager and had another guy finish the job. The manager instead of realizing the mistakes his employee was making put the blame on me that my lug nuts were bad and were the cause of the issue.They finished the tire rotation and on my way out I took a closer look at my lug nuts and saw that they were damaged by his employee. Only after pointing this out to him did he have them replaced.Terrible experience, service and damage done to my vehicle just for an oil change.

I needed oil changed in 2 vehicles this week.. Both times the crew operated efficiently and took care to fill all liquids to their proper levels and air pressures correct in all tires. Other items were checked but there was no high pressure sales pitch that occurs at other oil change facilities.

This is a terrible place of business. These people got an attitude because I didn’t want to get all of the extra services to my car. He told me he don’t want to do it anymore because he don’t want be reliable if something happen to my car. So please don’t waste your money here.

YL and the team at 10 Minute Oil change are fantastic! Took my car in for an oil change was completed in the time frame as quoted. They helped with my tired light that had been on and was super annoying. They had a special on windshield wipers so had that done as well. YL mentioned my rear brakes were desperately in need of repair - which I knew and had forgotten about. I came back in the next day and the brakes were changed less than 45 minutes (35 to be exact). The price was great, service impeccable and the cleanliness (wish I had taken a picture of the restroom!) was great. Highly recommend and will be servicing my other vehicle there as well.Services: Brakes

After my regular mechanic sold and the place went downhill, I stopped here for an oil change. Fast service and honest. Went back for inspection, oil and suspension work. They were so fast and honest with their assessment and gave me a good price on suspension work. The owner is honest, professional and friendly.Services: Steering & suspension repair
