This is the best 7 11 I've ever been to. There's actually one closer to me, but I come here because of the fast friendly service. Everyone here takes the time to make you feel like you're in a small town convenience store. If you're in the area , this is the 7 11 you should come to.

Pay attention while checking out. They will overcharge you or short change you. The clerks are rude and unfriendly. Rarely say hello and thank you. They seems as if you’re bothering them when you come in. I drive further just to go to the 7-11 on Beltline and Shiloh.

This store is not 24/7. Went there early in the morning, both doors were locked & there was no one I could see, in the store.

This is the worst 7 eleven to go to. They are not 24 hours and they pick and choose who they let in after 12am. I walked to this store for a fountain drink at 11:58 I got there and the white lady told me they were close and she wasn't helping me. Not even 2 minutes later someone pulls up and she let him in. I will never shop at this 7 eleven again due to the discrimination and the way they treat others. Also, they advertise 24 hours but are not 24 hours as others are. Please refrain from going to this store and go to the nearest onePlaced a mobile order and went to get it and still didn't get any help. This location need to update their information. I'm a regular and still deal with this. There was even someone else in the store with her and still no help. Do not go here if you want to be treated fairly and right

Why does it say open 24 hours? This is the third time I came here after midnight and the place was closed. First time there was a lady working there and refused to open the door. The other 2 times there was no one there. This is very inconvenient. It doesn’t matter if the place is not open 24/7 but please change the hours. It is not okay when people see the place is open and drive there just to be disappointed. Corporate needs to investigate this place and see what is going on.

Every morning I walk to this store at 5-5:15am. It's the only place open at that hour, and it's near the bus stop. Unfortunately, for the past 3 days, it's been locked and unattended, and I've been unable to get an answer when I call. Ironically, as soon as the bus arrives, they open the door. By that time, it's too late.This has been an issue before, and we customers have asked before to have it resolved. If there was another place open at 5am, I would shop there, but there isn't.Love you guys, but something has to change.
