One guy has a team member they tried to scan me and her attitude is really bad they keep my money I put more than $24 on my cash app and they put only $14 and I got my receipt 🧾 don't go to the 7-Eleven scan

I have been going to this location over 15 years. The clerks have always been friendly with me. My mobile app always works with no problems. It actually cost me 3 bucks more there to buy my merchandise but I like the clerks there better.

Very bad service. I came to pump gas here first time using Upside app. But they can’t provide receipt, not from the self service nor the staff in the store. And staff was rude, just said no to me.

I drove an extra 15 minutes to come to this location because it offered mobile checkout. And when I had all my stuff I couldn't see the qr code for confirmation so I asked the sales associate and before I could even finish asking he's telling me no. And I show him the app and information and he continues to tell me no. So I wasn't able to pump gas nor grab my items I was getting for my kids and I. Embarrassing and inconvenient. And also advertising since I couldn't do mobile checout.

Guy thar is working in there is seriously rude to customers some came out complaining and I witnessed the rudeness. Someone needs to fix this....it was all over a misunderstanding about what size slurpee to get on today 711 day guy grab a medium instead of a small he had no issue in correcting his mistake but the guy at the couner was just rude to the point I felt offended.
7-11 fix this asap before things get bad because of someone's rude and crude behavior

Staff needs retraining on the mobile app. Threatening customers even when provided proof of purchase on the app (that is Timestamped mind you) is unacceptable.

2nd bad experience at this 7eleven. Maybe it's a thing with franchises to just lower the standards of the original , to mediocre to non ex. istent customer service. I asked to buy an scratch off no one in the store but me and the clerk... Apparently there is a time schedule when you can buy a scratch off... he told me that he was closed. It was funny because it's a 24hr 7-Eleven, and it was only 7:pm on a Thursday..... Maybe next time I'll go inside and see if the store employees allow me to buy gas maybe they also have a time schedule
that works for them .... Don't come here.... Don't recommend it. Nice going 7-Eleven way to keep the experience going with this low level franchises...

Today I made a small purchase. I used my debit card, I had funds available and used the correct pin. I also saw the machine say declined. The gentleman laughed saying I must have goofed my pin. I ran my card again, it said approved. I was charged twice for the transaction. I looked at my account because the transaction made me uncomfortable. I keep calling the location and no one answers.

They have don't honor their specials, they water down their chili, multiple drinks were flat. 7/11 needs to revoke their franchise license
