Several of the workers have very rude attitudes towards customers, and this wasn’t one isolated incident. It’s happened multiple times to me when I’ve been in there.
Also-I’ve paid for a car wash at the pump only to find out it was broken and it took 15 minutes of arguing with the clerk to get my money back.
Honestly, I have a much better experience pumping gas and getting items from the Walmart neighborhood market across the street. I suggest you try the same.
Corporate?? Franchise or not, you badly need to evaluate this store as it’s giving 7-11 a bad name.

Rude worker, my child needed to use the bathroom and the women's was in use. Tried to use the men's and he came and knocked loudly and made us wait until the other bathroom was open. 5 minutes staring at an empty bathroom.

Are you kidding me! Bought a 12$ car wash while getting gas, only to pull around and find the wash closed. NO signs letting you know it’s down before you pay mind you. Then the clerk said there wasn’t a way to refund my money for the car wash. Well I needed up waiting 20mins for my money back.

Over paid for milk that had a date of 3/8, and it already is sour. What a shame that they are selling bad products.

Resolved issue- Update for 4/1/22- Met with store manager and he apologetically exchanged the product with no issues. Changing my review to three stars. Of everyone involved, he was the only person with a resolution.Problem- Bought a tobacco product for my father here. They gave me the wrong product. I came back with the unopened product to exchange it, and the clerk made me call 7-11 corp customer service to open a complaint case to swap the product. Refused to exchange the wrong product they gave me for the correct product. Pretty much incompetent or greedy. I’m not giving them any new business after this.

Not really sure how 7-11's still stay in business with good stores like QT around, but particularly this one. The employees are often on the phone on personal calls, barely pay attention to customers. Store is usually dirty and poorly stocked. I just don't get it.
