Drug sales and prostitution are definitely going outside of this place. This should shut down. Not sure why Garland Police pride themselves in law and order and they allow this.

The short Vietnamese lady is so rude. Everyone else are really cool. But she makes you feel not wanted there. She got mad I walked on her floor she just mopped and I almost fall because she didn’t put a wet floor sign up. Then I grab 2 nerd ropes and put them back because I got a pint of ice cream and accused me of stealing them. As she so focused on me stealing 2 dollars worth of candy she almost charges me for 2 ice creams instead of 1. It’s always a bad experience with her. She needs to be replaced with someone that enjoys there job or at least acts like it. I don’t understand how she still has her job. It could have been my grandmother walking on that wet floor and falling and seriously hurting herself. All because a sign wasn’t put up.
Ladies a law suit waiting to happen….

The cashier has her personal music so loud in this location that I had to yell at her just so she could hear me. The pumps at this location are super slow. They could probably use a filter change. To top things off... the cooler isn't as cool as it should be...nobody likes hot drinks.

Did not have toilet paper for the bathroom. Glad to know sanitation is the last thing 7 eleven cares about.

I recently had my privacy invaded in the store bathroom by an employee TRYING TO UNLOCK THE DOOR AFTER 6 REPEATED ATTEMPTS AND RESPONSES THAT THE BATHROOM HAD AN OCCUPANT! This store is disgusting and the employee whom tried to open the door ARGUED WITH ME when i opened the door as he was unlocking it. I new i was going to take a moment after making a mess of myself on the way to the store and was planning on making a few purchases afterwards for the inconvenience, but this upset me to a point where i shouted at him and slammed the bathroom door in front of him so i could finish cleaning myself up enough to leave. Also there was no soap…

This place is so ghetto. There was a guy who was high and taking too long to buy stuff. I just wanted a quick little snack. I didn't want to stay here for that long. Just another proof that south Garland is ghetto and nasty. ???????

This is my favorite 7-11 location. The workers are so nice and friendly. They are always happy and treat me with kindness and respect.

On Monday 19th in February, I went to the gas station to buy some slacks. When I walked up to the counter, the male cashier was placing a piece of napkin in his nose . He then proceeded to grab my items with that same hand. I was so grossed out.

This is one of the worst locations. The food is always old, the drink area sticky and trashed, and the employees never want to work. Also if you want lottery tickets, you have to go on their time, not the time set by the lottery itself. The management here needs to be replaced
