They claim to do alignments but they don't even have an alignment machine. They did my alignment with a hook and a string smh. Now I have to go pay someone else to align my car the right way. Then when I looked under my truck the next day I noticed they tore my boot on my tie rod from adjusting it. I called them to tell them they tore my boot and the owner said it can happen and it wasn't his fault. So how is it I bring it to get something fixed by a so call professional and you mess up something else. Take some pride in you work and look over your work before giving the vehicle. Just ripping people off for their hard earned money

Horrible Experience - Owner Jay and his mechanic diagnosed my 2007 E350 as needing wheel bearings and inner/outer tire rods. So I hired them to perform this work. Once they said they were done, my dashboard was lit up with ABS and ESP lights and codes and saying it was inoperable to drive even though Jay said it was okay to drive. Jay promised to fix the issue (after I paid him cash of course for the initial job) and pretended to order the required parts 3 different times to resolve what they had broken on my car but it never happened. It has now been 8 days and he still refuses to fix what they broke. I had to drive to his shop to ask about the status of the parts because he continued to ignore our phone calls and lie about ordering the parts. He then acted like he needed a VIN number and the order he placed got lost. Please STAY AWAY from this shady mechanic because he is not reputable and does not know how to work on foreign cars once he has messed something up and hopes by ignoring you that the problem will go away!!!

Doing alignment the right way explaining what I needed on my car whether the parts are old and need to be replaced. In and out within minutes great prices and I would definitely come back for more (Phone number not working tho but just give it a stop).

Needed an alignment for my wife's vehicle so I came across this location after searching for some in my area. Arrived early afternoon around 11AM and was greeted by a gentleman. I explained what I needed and he explained his options which is awesome. The gentleman was entertaining and had great customer service. He showed and explained the whole process and how he uses a line instead of the laser machine which I found quite intriguing. They had me in and out in like 20 minutes and I have to say that I will definitely recommend anyone I know who needs any alignment services to come here.
