Went to Pharmacy at the address and was informed I was at wrong location the pharmacy I needed was directly behind them. I was told just knock on the big wooden door. So I drive to backOf parking lot and there are several wooden doors luckily the pharmacy had a note that read “Entrance by Employees Omly. Please Knock or call xxx-xxx-xxxx”so I called and was informed that they were a closed door pharmacy and I had to get the script from the Pharmacy in the front. Having already waited in line once to be told to go someplace else was understandable to this point but now frustration is starting to build. So I proceed back to first pharmacy.. where they actually did a great job up until I was told they don’t accept GoodRX.and that woudl be understandable if GoodRX medical ad not been the one to call in the prescription. So I obviously refused the meds at the 1200.00 price they wanted. I then found a pharmacy Tom Thumb who does accept GoodRX and asked Advanced Presscription Services to ranger the prescription.and provided them with Pharmacy direct line. As of now they still have yet to make the call. These are not my only issues with APS closing at noon on Saturday and weekdays at 6 pm make it difficult to get your meds if you work. Honestly the biggest issue is the fact they didn’t transfer the prescription as asked.
