This is the worst Aeropostle store that I’ve visited. We walk in and there’s 3 ladies that supposedly work there huddled up together not once acknowledged us…but continued to talk. Even when we were looking at things near the area they were talking…still didn’t speak or ask if we needed any assistance…they would not make eye contact at all! I don’t understand how this location is still open. I usually experience a friendly environment at other Aeropostale locations. Management needs to do a huge clean up here and train their staff. I don’t do business with someone that can’t even look at me. Looking at previous reviews…I’m surprised this store is still opened. I would never shop at this location .

Clothes here are mostly good quality for fair prices, when there is a sale. Boys clothes fit my slim son well. Girls clothes are generally to revealing for my taste.

There clothes are super cute but I have two problems.
One: My mom was talking to ME, asking a question about the buy one get one free jeans, then this lady buds in to our business and says “ALL jeans” “All jeans!” Like? First: It’s not your business to stick your noise into other peoples business. Were we talking to you? No. You have no right to treat us in a bad way. Yeah I would get it if you said it in a nice way just to be helpful but no, you had to be rude to random people you don’t even know. The workers even promoted what that lady said because the worker smirked! Like what’s so funny? I see nothing that’s funny. Very bad customer service!
Two: All they sell are mostly crop tops and it’s mostly for small girls. Please make a section for
average/bigger girls with less cropped things!

Had a wonderful experience at this location. Margarita was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to attend to my sisters needs. We didn’t even ask her for help she just read the room and without hesitation asked the necessary questions to find the right jeans my sister was looking for. Needless to say my sister left with 2 pair of jeans that she absolutely loves and feels extremely confident in. Good help is hard to find and Margarita is a rare gem. Thank you for your outstanding customer service. I want to make sure she knows how much we appreciated her today and this company knew how special of an associate they have ❤️

We were treated rudely cuz we asked a simple question! “Is that section of jeans buy one get one?” With all seriousness and rudeness, the lady wearing a yellow shirt said ,“All jeans! All jeans!!” That’s the answer we got! Then the girl that was folding the jeans looks at her coworker and smirks!!I got news for her, it wasn’t “all jeans” cuz we had to pay for one that wasn't included in the buy one get one special! Not a good experience! Learn customer service, and your specials! 7/22/22 @ 3:00ish

Super cheerful greeters and reps.One of them was nice enough to point me to the Direction of the store I was looking for even without being sure that I was going to buy anything from Aeropostale.I ended leaving with a full bag of merchandise hahahaI felt right too because they were on sale.I bought a few lovely outfits and it did cost me an arm and a leg. Good quality merchandise at that

Manager here named Adam is Rude and Disrespectful! He has no business being a Manager because he does not have people skills. This guy argued with me over a return even with my receipt in hand. He talks to customers like they are nobody. I reported his behavior to Corporate and have yet to resolve the issue. I guess they just hire anyone these days.
