I hate having to call and check for medication to be in stock I do this so that my doctors don't have to I know they have other patients. Today I was at my last Albertsons call and Stewart had my medication. He was so nice, helpful, and understanding regarding the situation. He also mentioned that he could fill all of my medications so that I didn't have to go two separate Albertsons. If my Albertsons wasn't so close I would switch to this one because with one phone call I was shown so much respect and understanding.

This is the most organized and cleanest pharmacy that we have ever been to. Both pharmacist Stuart and the other pharmacist, along with their staff are very professional. They will provide help to every customer whether if it's in person or by telephone. I guaranty that anyone that has been to CVS, Walmart, Kroger, or any other to have prescriptions filled and go to Albertsons Pharmacy on Broadway Blvd will immediately see the difference. After we used Albertson's Pharmacy we have never been to any other pharmacy.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service I received from Syeda at the Albertson's pharmacy on 5710 Broadway Blvd. Garland Tx 75043.
From the moment I approached the counter, she was friendly, professional, and also very knowledgeable.
She handled everything with patience and with a level of attention that went far beyond what I expected.
That kind of service is rare, and it deserves to be recognized.

This place is so much better than Wal-Mart, and they DO have Google pay. But it's still located in the worst neighborhood ever, and it's the worst Albertsons, so only 3 stars. Least disappointing store in South Garland. Also, the bathrooms are clean, so that's another plus.

Oh wow! The smell hit me in the face as soon as I walked in the door. It really had a not so great smell. I don’t even know how to describe it. But I was only running in here to get three little packs of candy. So I just made the best of it. I went up and down a few aisles just to see the cleanliness of the store, and actually, it was really clean. But it was also very empty. There are not very many people here. It is 4 o’clock in the afternoon on Friday right before a holiday weekend; so I expected it to be much busier. they do have a pretty cool Dallas Cowboys store inside. I did not look more into that because I’m really not a sports fanatic. For 3 packs of candy it was $5.16 and my cashier was Madison. She did not greet me, and when I was getting ready to pay with my debit card, she turned around and started talking to another cashier next to her. She was not concerned about me being there in the slightest. But again I was only getting three little packs of candy so I’m sure that I was not leaving a wonderful impression on her either. But I hope that she has a great day and I hope that the store finds out what that smell is and eradicates it immediately. Here are some pictures from the inside of the store.

This pharmacy is under a new pharmacist apparently and his name is Stuart Martin and he is the rudest pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with here! I have been coming to this store for 30+ years and have dealt with wonderful pharmacists such as Mrs Kim, Mrs Hung and Ramona but this guy is something else! Simply wanted to buy some items and use my Medicare over the counter credit and he wouldn’t help me at all! Said I’d have to pay for the items at the front counter. I’d used my over the counter credit there before but this guy said he couldn’t or (wouldn’t) do it! I guess I’ll have to go to CVS where they know what to do! ?

Pharmacy Only. They really need a zero star. They shouldn't give you the option for one star. The black lady is rude on the phone and in person. The pharmacist I'm assuming answered she was foreign not black, I simply said "yes ma'am, can you please transfer my scripts to a different pharmacy". My Medicare is cheaper at the other pharmacy" she said call them and she hung up. The other pharmacy asked me to call them, she didn't give me a chance to explain. I called back to tell her what she did was not right, unprofessionally and rudely, she told me she didn't have time, cause she was busy, and the call ended. HOW RUDE!!! I'm not a rude person, but this is ridiculous. I was still nice, regardless. If they are miserable, that's their problem.

What a amazing store!!! The staff is great and they are so Covid conscious that makes me feel comfortable!!
