The bill changer was hard to reach. 1.50 for 3.5 mins when you switch fluids it takes 45 sec.. to come back on. Bad experience won't come back..

Long time Plaza customer. New owners messed up a good thing. I tried 2 times and was completely unsatisfied. The original owners set the bar high and delivered. The new owners changed everything and do not deliver.

Had my car washed and there was damage that I didn't notice until days later and they videos only go back five days. Was told they weren't respsonsible. Took my car to a repair facility and was advised the only thing that could have done this was a car wash. Would give a negative rating if I could. Been going to this location for over ten years but never again.

Vaccums barely work tried all three. As for the sprayers the time runs kinda fast and when you turn it to rinse it took a good 2 minutes to stop spraying soap

There are only two working, one is useless and the other has a broken power wash.
But the two who are working excellently
A quick wash and that's it.
