worst excperience there, rude receptionist, kennedy is so rude, and makes fun of clients in front of customers like she did to me. she made fun of my weight and my looks, nothing was ever done. shes horrible.
Nothing will change from her or the service there due to the fact that she is bestfriends with the MANAGER in the store!
I will never go back to this place

Eyes were red and irritated after. Was not told about a “masters fee” until I began to pay
Under the impression I was paying 89.99 for fill + volume fee (of35) but the lashes I left with were not at ALL giving volume. Went from 89.99 to 145 for a FILL is insane. The price for what you getting is diabolical. Please get your own personal lash artist. 3/10 service was decent

Been with Amazing Lash on and off for about a year. Never had an issue that wasn’t able to be resolved professionally but my most recent experience with the receptionist was terrible and worth mentioning to owners. To start, service was fine. After I got my lashes when I got to the front is when it started. We had a misunderstanding on my offer pricing to return. I told her I called in time, she confirmed that was true when she looked back on my call records. I told her I also brought up the offer during the call to set up the appt, she brought up she can go back to the recorded phone call and I said, perfect let’s do that. Then she says, oh I can’t actually do that, my manager can. She was very immature and continued to mock me. She even told me I didn’t have to sign up for membership during our back and forth. I told her I wanted to, that’s why I’m even there. If I knew that’s the type of people I have to deal with then no I don’t want to come and will find somewhere else to get my lashes done. If she doesn’t like working with people, shouldn’t be working front desk.

Had a horrible experience with the front door girl. I literally wanted to get the same girl for my extensions and so the girl was like every other lash extension person can do the same thing. But the lash tech I got knew what I wanted while the others didn’t. So I was going here for 3 months and none of the cashiers knew what the lash tech needed to do for my eyelash appointments so they never put the lash techs enough time to do my set after 3 months I got tired of it especially with how rude they would act.

Asia was so kind and patient with me. She really went above and beyond. I was having the worst time trying to get my account reviewed and she called me back and followed up and sent me a confirmation email and I am just incredibly thankful for her help! Give that girl a raise!

I have had a very positive experience with Hope and Esmerelda- both are very helpful; professional and do excellent work! I highly recommend this service!!!

I’ve been coming here a couple of months now, and Myranda is fantastic each time! My lashes last longer than any lashes I’ve gotten at other places over the last few years, and she really listens to how I like my lashes (more natural looking). The front desk team is always professional and on point over the phone and in person. The one downside is that the studio is freezing, so bring a jacket! Overall, I have had a fantastic experience with this location and highly recommend!

Love All the staff at the Firewheel location. Miss Hope is Amazing and does not try to avoid the customers. If you need to talk to her she gets on the phone or if you are there she comes out and sees you. But I have to brag on Rebecca!!! She is a Master Stylist and is the BEST!!! I have been going there for a long time and will only see Rebecca. Not only is she good, but man she is so kind. First off I have Very Blonde eyelashes and she is able to see each one and give me a beautiful set of lashes. But I do not like to fall asleep during my appointment ( I don’t want to snore) so she will talk with me the entire time. I love it!!! Such a sweet group of ladies.

Everyone at this studio does amazing work! I constantly get compliments on my lashes! I’ve seen many of the stylists and ALL have done a great job! Plus Hope the manager is amazing! There was a time I had to cancel my membership due to my dental hygiene school not allowing me to have lashes but as soon as I finished school I called them back and never plan on leaving!

I came into the shop, no customers! Two ladies with long black hair were sitting in the chairs for customers when I walked in. I was casually dressed, running errands & decided to step in to get prices. They stared at me and didn’t acknowledge me at first. Neither stood to greet me & one FINALLY asked what I needed as if I bothered them. I inquired about prices, she told me to check the website. UNPROFESSIONAL & JUDGMENTAL! You lost customers for myself and several friends. Also they need Diversity training, though they were minority as well.
