Ben told us the bill would be much cheaper than it was and he swore i would get 700 in credit for trading in my iphone 13 that's literally in perfect condition. He also gave us the most expensive plan when we literally told him we werent looking to spend that much. We made it clear that we werent looking to spend more than 150 a month and when we received the bill it was 260 dollars. He didnt even check to make sure i would receive the 700 so i ended up getting up 190 barely and claimed to give us a discount and some other credit and now my family and i are upset that you guys would lie to us just to sell. I miss the old ATT where people actually cared about their customers now we're stuck paying double for average service. It would be nice if you guys would give us some kind of credit because my family has been with ATT for over 15 years before we moved.

A line and insurance was added to my account and I did not authorize either. Now I am tied up in a fraud claim and consumer complaints which may take months to resolve. I was explicit about not authorizing a line when I was sold a tablet and yet a line was added to my account. I only went in to upgrade my phone and i was told a tablet would only cost me 3.65 a month and now I have a extra $200 for a new line on my monthly bill. I believe this location is lying to their customers in order to get bonuses and kickbacks. The alternate possibility is that the agents at this location do not understand what they are selling. Either way, I encourage everyone to process service upgrades online where transactions have a paper trail.

This store has great employees and is usually not busy. Had a great experience with Sam. Very knowledgeable and was able to quickly process my new service and walk me through the next steps. Great place!

The employees there are not helpful at all , And they defrauded two of my friends because they didn't know the language. Even though they chose the cheapest plan but the employer chose the most expensive plan and one week later they sent their home bills When we went there and talked to them, they responded mockingly. They said they would not do anything They were not helpful at all when we said it was your fault.

Baldwin was very rude, he called cops on us. We went to ask help because our new phone was not transferring data from old phone to new one for 7 hours and we clearly explained him that its not transferring the data from the old phone to new phone for long time. But he started the phone without the data on it without our permission, then we did not accept the phone without our data and asked to return the phone then he called a cops on us. His name is Baldwin again.
