Alvin & Sam were attentive and helpful when we went to upgrade one of our lines. They showed us the coolest accessories that would work for the new phone. This isn’t the closest AT&T store to us but we will never visit another store. The employees at this location are wonderful and knowledgeable.

After signing up for 2 mobile phones here and declining the protection plan the agent that "helped" me signed me up for the protection plan despite my declining it. Canceling my wireless and home internet with ATT after a lack of effort to make things right.

Listen, Passion deserves all of the recognition, a promo and a raise! I upgraded my phone and she helped me out from start to finish. My phone had tons of messages, pics, etc the transfer process was 2hrs long. Passion was patient, had excellent customer service, good conversation and helped others in the process. The other employees on-site that day had good customer service as well. Great location.

Please ask the customer what address to ship the phone to before you order it to be delivered to a different state. And tell someone if you’re secretly signing them up for $17/mo. insurance.

AT&T makes everything difficult. 1 Salesperson. 3 customers = long wait times. Finally served and sales said the easiest solution to my situation was to go to a different carrier. Nice.

Worst customer service. These employees do the minimum to help. I could barely understand the guy who "helped" us. Not clear or loud when speaking. Couldn't help, didn't even try to.

When I tell you the lady passion who helped us was so good. She was multitasking helped us and everybody else poor girl was the only one at the store and helped everybody she need a raise we loved her service and would recommend our entire family to come shop with her. These are the type of people who are hard to find. she has a passion for sure,because she didn't get upset she was patient and everything. Go shop at the Jupiter location on beltline passion will get y'all going we switched from metro 3 phones and got a watch.

Walking into the store, Sabrina met me and I said "I have an old person problem". After her ever so sweet smile, she was so patient with me and walked me through my problem, going way above and beyond. With customer service like that, she has won my business. Thank you Sabrina for showing me customer services is alive and well at AT&T Richardson.

Worse customer service ever! Went in to do a new purchase and the Hispanic lady working there today April 1st was so rude and unwilling to help. Don’t understand why she is working in customer service if she is unwilling to help and sell to customers. I don’t see how this store allows sales reps to refuse business. Maybe they need to hire people that actually want to work and to at least try to be polite to customers. Didn’t even bother to ask how we were planning on paying before saying AT&T didn’t have to sell if they didn’t want to. Maybe she meant to say SHE was LAZY and didn’t want to help! So lady try to have a better attitude next time!

If I could give no stars I would. Mother purchased a phone from AT&T and it was delivered. She brought it to the store because she had questions and needed assistance and was told they don't help since she didn't buy it in the store there. This was after a phone call to AT&T customer service rep directed her to go there for help. Customer service is absolutely ridiculous and rude.
