Visited the store to have my phone activated. I was very impressed by the service I got from the shop. Rina actually went out of her way to assist me. She was very patient with me and managed to sort me out. She was also able to give me extra information and options of available services from ATT. I also appreciate Mary the other representative in the shop. The service was top notch I must say and I will definitely be coming back to the store for more products and services

I can’t remember the store manager’s name, but she was very friendly and knowledgeable. The best experience I’ve ever had at this location.

Had a fraud problem with my account. Someone tried to buy a new phone on my dime and I had no service. Brought it into Ryan and he was extremely nice and patient, above and beyond! Everything is working now!

Worst customer service by Taj , he was just playing games I believe on his laptop and was sitting on the chair , didn’t even offer us the seat and was continuing playing games on his laptop … I wish I can give 0 stars for his rude behavior… how do people with bad customer service gets hired at a place like this
