Michel knew her stuff. Gave me the phone that I wanted and quickly transferred everything from my 8 years old Samsung. Not noisy like an Apple Store. Older person friendly including opening and holding doors.

Dear WENCH,
You thought you ate? I went to a different location as I said I would and I was IMMEDIATELY accommodated by someone that doesn’t look like me. I was in the Rowlett location under 5 minutes. You need to not only obtain accurate training but also ensure that your team is trained efficiently to service ALL consumers, “SHARON.” I’ve been a customer since I was 13 and have visited this location numerous amount of times and I’ve never experienced poor service, lack of knowledge nor hate. Antonio greeted us and showed us the iPhone we were interested in. Manager Gina went out of her way to transfer data to the new iPhone since I didn’t have enough cloud space. Both were very helpful.

Vince a technician from this Garland store came out to dallas to do a repair on my son’s phone - he was fabulous! Super quick and efficient and he knew just what to do to get my son’s phone working again!
He was also kind, courteous and communication was excellent in front of the appointment.
