Parked my phone and ordered a phone when I didn’t say to. Horrible customer service. Spoke to me with bad language as if I was dumb. I’ve been a customer since 2009 and will be Switching to t mobile immediately.

I’ve had AT&T for several years and this is the best location to do business. The employees (ERIC & JACKIE) are amazing, nice, professional and eager to help. It’s so refreshing do business where the employees take pride and enjoy their work. They are always nice and helpful here be it paying my bill or troubleshooting things with my phone. I once spent several calls with Apple trying to resolve something with my phone. I went into this store and Jackie figured it out on the first shot. Eric is always pleasant and helpful as well. I meet their new store manager and shes just as nice and fabulous as these two. We are so quick to complain about bad encounters but I just had to give this amazing team their flowers of thanks and appreciation now. Thank you all!

Eric was great. He immediately walked over to help us the minute we walked through the door. He was very helpful and guided us through the entire process answering all of our questions as we went. He was great and told us to come back in if we had any issues and he would help us work through them together.

Alexio was very pleasant to work with, but it seems that AT&T hampers the reps ability to do anything well. The phones are never in stock. We wanted to order it, but he said they can't do that, we have to do it online ourselves. He helped us do it in store once we logged in on our phone, but it would never verify our ID correctly. We were in the store face to face with reps with ID in hand. How much more verification do you need? We finally were able to do it ourselves once we got home, but we always seem to have frustrating experiences with AT&T stores.

If I could give O stars i would most definitely.got told by manny friends not to switch to AT&T because they are thief's. Dint even take one month for me to say ok,y'all was right.when I got AT&T they guy told me ooh sign up for this AARP and it would lower ur monthly bill then if u sign up for auto payment it will also lower it, one problem he asked for my card but never submitted so now my first month bills is late and it went from 70 to 152....AT&T YALL A BUNCH OF THIEFS

Nancy was wonderful!I’m still puzzled as to why my plan would be more expensive if I paid cash for my iphone13 than to finance over 3 years. I was told I would lose credits if I paid cash??

Nancy was amazing! She was able to help me with all of my questions. There was one question that no one could help me with for years so I just stopped asking. Nancy was able to answer my question and change my address which was a great help.
