Piss poor customer service. 0 stars. I tried to buy a part before closing and the manager locked up early and ignored me at the door. I've worked in customer service for 15 years as a manager overnight and during the day closing time was always customers first and at the specified time on the website, not a minute before. I'll never shop at this store again, even though I live 2 min from this location. In my 26 years of being a customer I have never had an experience like this.

Marco R & Shaz & Robert did a great job changing my battery & my key remote for my vehicle. They are always so nice and helpful when I come in.

Went in for a battery test and I was rejected because it was âtoo dark and coldâ. It was 7pm, 40 degrees outside lol workers are trash, grow up lol

Got a flat tire outside this establishment 8 am Monday morning. I had a spare tire in my trunk. My jack was missing a piece so I went in and asked the employees if they had a jack I could use . They saw my uniform (FedEx) and said shouldnât we have triple aaa or something. I explained Iâm in my personal vehicle heading to work âŚI saw four employees total. They told me jacks are car specific and they wouldnât let me use the jack. They tried to say they didnât have the man power to help me change even though I didnât ask for help to change the tire. I asked to borrow a jack which they refused. Then one employee and older gentlemen came outside a tried to sell me fix a flat even though my tire had a gash the size of finger in itâŚâŚcrooked people.

Mr Garza is the man! I came
In having no clue what type of tail light bulb i needed for my truck or even how to replace it. He helped me the whole way by looking up the exact bulb i needed and even helped me install it. Will definitely be going out of my way to this Autozone if i ever need to visit again. Throw this guy a raise!

My car was slow starting a couple of times today, so I stopped in to AutoZone to have the battery checked. The man there checked the battery, and it was clear it needed to be replaced. I paid for the battery, and the same man installed it for me, something that was unexpected. Excellent service.

I just replaced my brakes by this store. The manager and team were all great and ready to help me with whatever I needed. I give thanks to them for being very patient kind and willing to help me out while I was down on my luck. Will definitely visit again.
