I needed some items for my 2012 Honda Fit & I asked over the phone for an itemized list of prices and not only did the employee named Ismael assist me - I could hear how busy the store was from the phone (and verified that when I went there in person) yet this employee (named Ismael) made me feel as if I was the only person there. He was quick and courteous. He was informative and gave me everything I asked for and more. More I say, yes he let me know of a deal where I can buy the items I need together and all together save a few bucks. He even held it for me in the front so I dont have to wait in line. I walked in to a packed place, where I saw the young man Ismael & other of his fellow workers kicking ass. They were assisting customers in spanish, english, assisting those outside, as well as those very old and slow kind. I walked in & paid and walked out thanking them. Later I had to call to ask for that young man's name & manager assured me he could get a bonus of some kind if I took the time to write a review here on Yelp as well as on Google, which is my next step. I sure hope Autozone does something to promote well being for these type of employees as I am a busy high level accountant who is struggling time wise for now and next 2 months with end of year and taxes - so I have taken the time away from work, family, sleep, & leisure to write this hoping this young man gets a well deserved extra bit of incentive to continue providing that level of service for this multi-million dollar company. This branch alone was my first time going to opposed to going to my usual spot of O'Reilly's which is now definitely my second stop as of now compared to my new spot which is this Autozone where management obviously cares & trains their employees well. If I find out nothing but pat on the back was done - my next review will be towards autozone corporate here on Yelp, Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, & even a Youtube video & maybe a complaint to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) By the way I purchased a oil filter, oil, cabin air filter, & some license plate lights for the 2012 Honda Fit.

Customer Service at this particular store is NON EXISTENT. Ordered a same day home delivery, & by 8:40pm called the store since was not delivered yet & was told that it was going to be delivered till next day & "there was nothing that it could be done about it".

Everytime I go to this location there's always some type of issue that happens. The employees should get some type of Customer Service Trainings because the service here is just horrible. There will be like 5 employees working and 2 customers and not one of them helps. Absolutely frustrating. Definitely not coming back because every time is always something. Do better.

The so called night manager “Roberto” apparently hate his job and hate anybody that comes in make him do his job. Extremely unprofessional, sexist, and I really hope that he has a bad day and doesn’t help with anybody else with the disregard and disrespect showed me tonight. I tried to return an item but Getting a lot to except the return and try to argue with me about it being used. It was a bearing packer so you could kinda tell if it was used due to the amount of grease you would have to add inside the contraption. He didn’t want to accept the return. His coworker seemed a little bit embarrassed due to his managers behavior, told Me to come back in the morning when the more knowledgeable and communicative manager is on duty. I appreciated his kindness, really wished I got his name so I could tell the store manager about his customer service.. hope he stays that way and his coworkers ugly attitude doesn’t rub off on him..

The guy that worked this morning was very unhelpful. He did not want to assist with helping us take the battery out of our car supposedly due to him being there by himself was his excuse but decided to help someone take the battery out of their car. He was suppose to check our alternator but did not so we just left. Very disappointed

My son bought a battery for his truck, spent over $300.00. It's less than a year, still in warranty and they want replace it. They want him to leave it for a couple of hours so they can charge it. He has a job to get too. Very in considerate.

Our car suddenly can’t turn on due to its battery. They sell and change battery here. The technician is nice. He offered to give me a chair to wait when seeing me being pregnant. Customer service ??

Standing in line to get a air filter and my god, what a mess.There are 4 employees here and a long line and it seems like they’re doing the classic “let’s take FOREVER with each customer and maybe they’ll go away/individually I’ll have less work” tactic. Like one employee directed a customer to a self checkout and IS STANDING THERE while there’s 12 people waiting in line.What is the point of a self checkout??????While a customer is checking out one employee starts the checkout transaction and another employee comes in and makes small talk with the checkout employee and then starts to take over the transaction, wasting even more time.Another guy is making a purchase and each person buying something is taking like SEVEN minutes on average. To pay and get out. So, so very inefficient.There should be a self checkout for people that know what they want. One or two helping people pick out what they need and one person at the cash register checking clients out.

The staff was superb and Adam Visinsonbath was great. He helped me with my windshield wipers and putting on a front light. Then when I was ready to leave my truck locked and he was kind enough to help me unlock it.

I went in there with a battery terminal issue and 2 guys went above and beyond to help me. The main guy said he’d been working for autozone for 6 years and it definitely shows. Customer service was an A+ I just wish I knew their names

Miss AD is the best employee that the west walnut location has she is very helpful and gave us the parts we need when we didn’t have the part number she was determined to find what we needed next time we go we will only shop with miss AD!!
