My daughter and I came to this location at 9:34pm in need of a battery for my car. And was told by Jordan that they couldn’t put the battery on even if I purchased one because it was only two of them in the store. Jordan then said I could speak to the manager Juan which I did. And like I stated to him no where online did it say you have to have more than 2 people in the store at night to purchase and have the battery installed. Then Juan also used the excuse because it dark if they drop something they wouldn’t be able to see. I’m still puzzled by that because removing a battery doesn’t require many pieces of hardware to be removed in order to replace the battery. Like I told Juan I sure hope if he has a wife or daughters and are ever in this situation they wouldn’t be turned away and treated the way he and Jordan treated me. Juan and Jordan have horrible attitudes and even worse personalities. They need to work in the area of the store where they NEVER have any contact with human beings EVER. Or better yet find another line of work. This location has gotten worse over the years and continues going down hill.

I was just at the store picking up a battery. They were supposed to charge for my sister who is elderly? I'm 61 when I went in. They said my batteries at the end of the counter and they would not take it to my car i guess because it was raining.

What's the name of that rude lady (black female, 30 years old, short hair, with glasses, gray shirt) who calls herself the manager? She's AWFUL! Tried to argue with me on the phone and in person, trying to put words in my mouth and saying things that I never said? She would deliberately misinterpret everything I say. And she tries to flex, "But I worked here for 11 years"? Guess what: I've worked at AutoZone too for a long time, and I never talked to people the way you talk to me. You had all those years to get it right and you STILL got it wrong. Another embarrassment for south Garland. Just come to the AutoZone at Casa Linda Dallas instead, way better service.
Don't be like that lady! If you're anything like that, then you shouldn't work at AutoZone. It's bad image for the company. Work somewhere else, like packaging chocolates off a conveyor belt instead of dealing with people.

This particular AutoZone of course has everything you need for minor issues with a car but the service here is outstanding. There was a young gentleman behind the counter, who was very knowledgeable and efficient but the manager named Misty was Beyond helpful and obviously very knowledgeable of automobiles. I simply came in here for replacement windshield wipers for the front and rear of my SUV and before I left Misty had put my windshield wipers on my truck. Fantastic service it reminded me of small town mechanic help. I will be back anytime I need something for my car.
