Workers were nice but the old elderly lady who seems to be the owner is very rude. They tested and charged my battery and she was YELLING at me and other customers the entire time , the workers tested my battery was inactive but she didn’t want to warranty it saying batteries plus doesn’t sell it anymore but I went to Wylie and swapped it out for me and showed me it actually IS active. What a bunch of liars and this is the worst service I’ve had at any retail store

Excellent service from Thomas the manager and Jack the salesman, professional, respectful, and made the entire experience smooth and effortless! I got the battery backup and day light bulbs with a battery! Good people!

Ann and Otto were the BEST. I was able to get a new battery, chat with Ann while he changed it, and left a forever customer! I was sent here from the Addison store who lied about having my warrantied battery in stock at “any of their franchises”, and told they wouldn’t install it in my car even if I purchased a brand new one! I’m glad they wasted so much of my time because I definitely have a new reliable store to count on! Thanks guys!

I had came here to get work done on an electronic about 2 weeks ago. Although The work was nicely done by an employee named Auto, I was very uncomfortable walking and hearing the female boss emotionally abuse her employee by saying explicit things. She is an female elder individual yelling at what looked like a teen boy. I believe the argument was about the employee wanting to get a different job and the boss was degrading him loudly with another customer in the room. After my work was done, me and the customer interacted outside about the incident. We didn’t know whether to report or review, and no one wants to be put in a situation like that. This review would’ve gotten five stars if it wasn’t for the argument. Not only was it unprofessional but the insults she was speaking, affected me and the customer.

I have been working with the folks at Batteries Plus for many years now. John, and now Ann and their staff provide the best help and great problem solvers. Speaking for their Firewheel location but have been told their son in Rockwall does great work for Customers there also. Best Wishes to a great family and business!

Ann and her team at this location have been phenomenal to our production at Miller Equipment Co. They make sure they keep the batteries we need stocked, and if not in stock they go the extra mile to get it. Pricing is unbeatable!! We cannot say it enough, but thank you for all that you do!

Only giving two stars because the gentleman and lady who helped me were amazing and nice. But what seemed to be the person in “charge” when asked questions about our purchase, seemed very unprofessional and rude. Did not like how he spoke to his associates either there’s a time and place to correct someone and he was just horrible!

Went to get a key fob for my RAV4 and was immediately assisted by Roger , Gilbert and a lady associate. They all went above and beyond first fob would not recognize my vehicle so she drove in traffic from Garland to Rockwall to get an OEM fob. . This is no easy feat on a Friday after 4 pm. IYKYK. But came back after a good wait Roger also found that my exactly 6 month old car battery had also gone bad. Got my fob, excellent service and was able to go and get my car battery done all in same day. Thanks so much I saved money purchasing the fob here and it was a $200 savings from dealership prices. Will definitely return.

Went into store to get light bulbs with my mother and the store employee, Roger immediately greeted and assisted us. He was very polite and patient assisting my mother's needs. The customer service displayed and communication was top notch...5 Star service!!!
