This place and their staff is a joke. You go in there are 4 people working Yet they tell you no one can help. So why do you guys work here if you can’t help the customers looks like PNC hires unqualified team members. Things like this don’t happen at banks like chase or BOA I already have an account w them and it was a breeze……when expanding your banking portfolio goes wrong !!!! Actually the second branch I’ve walked in giving me the same info it’s feeling more like RACIALLY PROFILED due to how inviting they were to the other customers when came in didn’t wait in line and w greeted by name but I walked in and was asked what are you doing here like I don’t belong. Extremely disappointed this is one of the reasons I am doing the review all together and apparently I’m not the only person disgusted by this location

worst customer service ever.. call their phone number to get help,,, over 20 minute wait,,, so they will call you back... then after you speak to someone, they put you on hold and then hang up... and do NOT call you back

Y'all are so disrespectful and my mom waited close to an hour before y'all close to have the nerve to tell her y'all close in 10 min to tell her she can't do anything about a account and last time y'all had a dumbass worker to "claim money was stolen" scared my mom to death thinking someone got into her account and the worker came to my moms job to sell a credit card machine and not the false info beforehand y'all got a real problem that's sad there's many reasons why I left Bbva compass and my mom will be leaving y'all shortly cause that was inexcusable and I reported the problem to the business and want to claim I was lying when the worker gave me her business card no one should have business with y'all ever again and I'll let others know it's the worst place to keep money or any type Of business/ account with and the manager realized I wasn't lying and want to "apologize " for the mishap and won't happen again don't have business with them ever worst service ever

The service here sucks. Employees are nice but this banks makes everything so difficult. Terrible hours terrible checking account services. Terrible loan services. Everything takes so long and barely works after 3 days of waiting. Terrible 4 year experience

Would not recommend this location. Came in at 4:40 to open a account was told by Angel that I’m not allowed because they have to count down money. Why say the Lobby is open until 5 when you turn away potential customers. Not a good look. I will take my money elsewhere. Horrible customer service!

Charge $10 for non account holders to cash a check. Yeah. They are in this together, ripping you off to cash a check. Check cashing establishments don't charge that much. Thank you Compass BBVA for sticking it to the American people.
