My family and I really feel insulted and discriminated against. Me, my husband and my 2 boys just went to this store to buy ice cream because it seemed delicious and my 2 boys wanted to try it once. Because this was our first experience, everything was new. And of course I need help when I ask questions. But a dark employee with an unsympathetic face, she was clearly racist and didn't seem to want to answer my question. Even more outrageous, when I was too busy with my two boys because they were so excited when they saw ice cream. So I seemed really inattentive, so I got the bill in the wrong place. I just asked her how much money was in total, but when I turned to face the counter, she said, “ they are crazy." My son is 6 years old, he asked me "Mom, why does she say we are crazy?". I am very hurt and feel extremely insulted and racist. I really angry and hurt too much…and want to do something to make sure clearly and need to say sorry to us. But I try keep silent because I don’t want to make a big deal of this incident in front of my 6 and 4 year old children. So I silently accepted and walked away. But that doesn't mean I'll stay silent on this. I need an apology and ask the management of this place to let her quit as soon as possible. Because she is not qualified to work and is not qualified to stand there and receive a salary while insulting customers and hurting me and my whole family, especially my two little boys, when they hear the curse "we are crazy” from her mouth.
