I'm trying to help the wife of my deceased best friend with the funeral. I called this place and was belittled with condescending statements every time the rainbow flag spoke. I do not understand the hostility.This place will go out of business with this disastrous level of customer service.

My mother received these flowers from a friend and we couldn’t be more impressed. The arrangement is huge and absolutely beautiful. It’s a few days old at this point and looks just as good as it did on the first day. We’ll definitely be using this florist in the future!

I am giving 1 star because they got the vase correct. I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my niece for a very special occasion. I chose an arrangement from 1800flowers.com, so I did not select the florist. What I ordered vs. what was delivered wasn't quite the arrangement. Although, there were sunflowers and the vase was the same.. the arrangement is NOT the same. Pictures attached to this review shows what I ordered and what was delivered. I am very disappointed in the lack of care, design and attention to detail that went into the arrangement. According to 1800flowers the designated florist will reach out to them and they will reach out to the ordering customer to discuss flower substitution before finalizing the order. That did not happen. Second, I ordered a large and what was delivered looks to be a small, maybe medium arrangementsl. The florist shop probably figured as I am in California and the recipient is in Texas I would not see what a cheap arrangement they delivered. I called 1800flowers to discuss this order for a resolution. 1800 flowers is going to replace the flowers. I requested they do not go back to the same florist.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Zero stars should be an option. I ordered a huge bouquet of beautiful flowers online from 1-800-FLOWERS.com, and THIS joke-of-a-flower-shop got the order to create the bouquet and deliver it to my wife's office. This is where it all went wrong. Upon delivery, my wife sent me a photo of the flowers and thanked me for sending them. When I saw the photo I lost my patience. They looked *NOTHING* like the photo on the website I ordered from. They looked more like something that was slapped together with flowers pulled from the trash, obviously by someone who takes ZERO pride in their work. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Literally NOTHING like I ordered & paid for. See the photos for proof. When I called this flower shop to notify them, they were immediately rude and cut me off, saying "the picture online is fake and yes they had to substitute some flowers since they didn't have what was in the photo but I got want I ordered". THAT IS A LIE. NOT ACCEPTABLE. They continued to say that if I didn't like the flowers they would go to my wife's office and pick them up. And guess what...THEY DID. The guy who went into the office caused a huge scene and yelled about how he was there to get the flowers he had just dropped off because I was rude and didn't like them. Luckily everyone in my wife's office (my wife included) got a pretty good laugh out of the deal, especially after they read the Google reviews on this dump. None of the employees will ever do business here either, by the way. Immediately after they picked up the flowers I called 1-800-FLOWERS to get my money back, and told them to 'black list' this joke-of-a -flower-shop or they would continue losing business. I'll never deal with this place or the online place again...EVER. This may sound petty to some, but it was supposed to be the highlight of a day. But instead - my wife's birthday surprise flowers were RUINED! Let this be a warning. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS. Don't let it happen to you.

As you can see in the first picture I posted, I paid 114 dollars for my mother to recieve a beautiful bouquet of mothers day flowers. The first picture has 15 roses in it with other beautiful purple flowers and the other two pictures are what my mother recieved. There are 6 roses and few carnations here and there. (I could of done this myself with flowers from a supermarket, the whole reason florist are chosen to do this kind of piece is because some skill in needed) The business hasn't even called me back. I've called a few times and I've left two voice-mails and I'm choosing to not try any harder on getting even half of my money back because of what I've read in the reviews clearly these people don't care for their customers and would rather run their name and business into the dirt. I regret so much not reading these reviews before I chose to do business with this careless money stealing so called floral business. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY suggest going somewhere else. Obviously they paid those 5 stars compliments on here so they some what looked good but NO! These people arnt good florist they are more like thieves and liars. Their pictures on their websites are flower arrangements your loved ones will not recieve. You will continually be utterly disappointed with these people and not treated with respect or kindness from what I've read. Change your mind on these people and choose another place. I've learned my lesson on this one and I will never use this place again and I'll definitely be reading reviews on all places of business. Honestly Google should make it to were we can give a review and not have to put any stars because this place deserves 0, ZERO recognition. One star is one to many for this horrible place. Last warning GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

$70 funeral bouquet purchased online was pitiful. A phone call to the owner resulted in him demanding an apology. Bad product, terrible customer service. Zero stars.

This was the worst experience with flowers I’ve ever dealt with. Flowers were ordered from a company that sends the order to this shop and they are supposed to make the flowers I couldHave made better flowers from Walmart. I have never been so disrespected with a company. He told me I broke the flowers omg then he told me the flower place didn’t send them the order I said tell me what they sent he refused!! I said regardless this is the worst put together arrangement I have ever seen. He said we get lots of complaints when this happens and I said maybe that’s because you didn’t even talk nicely to me or even try to help me and blames me. Do not ever go here. 2.5 stars is too high for this company. Wish I could put a photo up of this arrangement he made compared to what it was supposed to look like.

SMH! Never had such a pitiful attitude from someone who should want the business! Literally, I asked to please make the roses look very nice and was told “well we are a florist” instead of “absolutely our roses are gorgeous” .... whole conversation was argumentative..... better customer service focus needed!

We recently ordered a flower arrangement and a balloon for a family member. When the arrangement was delivered I asked for pictures because I was excited to see what it looked like. The balloon they sent was very pretty, but the flowers were very disappointing. The tulips were fully open and one was missing a petal and the other flowers looked like they were past their prime. This was an expensive arrangement. I emailed the business and also called and had no response from the owner or manager.
