Bought two used tires. Found a knot on the inside wall of one of them a few days later. Probably was there when they mounted it. They would not do anything about it. Wouldn't even swap it out.

If I could give negative stars I would. Stopped by this place for an oil change because why not support a local business I thought š¤¦š½āāļø they did not replace my oil pan cover correctly so it came loose while I was driving on the highway! Oil pan cover obviously was dragging against the pavement and got scrapped up and bent from dragging along the pavement until I got home.
I went back for them in hope they would do the right thing and admit their mistake and address the issue, sadly instead they tried to say it looked like I had hit something and best they could figure out was to zip tie the oil pan cover. So, blame me and avoid taking any real responsibility.
Iām attaching photos below I took right before i went to have them address the issue, where you can see the oil pan cover damaged from the pavement and NO damage to the surrounding black guard so obviously no I didnāt hit anything, lazy bums couldnāt bother to put an oil pan cover back on correctly and then just tried to avoid taking responsibility.
Luckily, I can afford another oil pan cover and will be replacing it soon but for those that have to watch their dollars more closely DO NOT go here.

This tire shop messed up my tires and now all my tire sensors are bad and they want to charge me money to even check or to even air up the tires. They also used wrong tools on my wheels which damaged my wheels. Very poor services.

This is by far worst experience ive had at a tire shop. As soon as i pulled up all these grown boys were making faces at me. I guess because i pulled up late before closing but unfortunately for them i work 9-5 and is the only time i can go. Everyone was giving me an attitude. I felt like the workers were trying to intimidate me at one point but no one is intimated by all your tattoo's, yall dont scare no one. Ok? Its not my fault that its 100 degree outside and yall dont want to work. If yall dont like it? Then find another job. The only person that was respectful is a younger hispanic guy between early 20s or mid 20s. I expect better from the owner or manager, finding more respectful people to work here. Aka (Ricardo). Save yall selfs some time and go to a more professional tire shop.

I had a screw or nail in my tire and needed it removed and to be patched up. I told them this and they asked if I preferred a plug or a patch, and I said I would do whatever you recommend. They recommended a plug, which is the worse of the 2 options. Then, after they finished, they didnt torque my wheel after putting it back on. I asked them to torque it and they said they don't have a torque wrench. What kind of automotive shop doesn't have a torque wrench?! These are red flags for a tire shop. They used their impact wrench to tighten the lug nuts so who knows how tight the wheel is. Unbelievable.

I would bring my cars here from Wylie because I liked the service and they are quick, however, 3 weeks ago bought 2 NEW tires here for $300. One of the tires already has a knot and the owner is confident that itās my fault because I hit something. Thereās no indication of damage to the wheel or tires at all. I work from home and barely drive and I know I didnāt hit anything at all but he wants me to go through the manufacture if I wanted to do anything. Didnāt want to switch it out.

Took me in 10 mins before closing on a sunday to help me check my transmission. Fixed and sent me omw with no more leaks. The boys came clutch cause im not from dallas, im from houston and this would have been an expensive tow back home.

Be very cautious with this place. They will tell you one price for something on the phone and when you get your car done they will change the price. Very janky place and are not very friendly. Would not recommend!

Great place to come for an inspection, oil change, air for your tires, change of tires, and any other need you have. Manager is always there and 100% honest. I go there ALL the time and recommend it to everyone!
