The fact they’re open on Sunday very welcoming, you get multiple great options they provide for you to decide the hospitality was awesome and very quick and efficient and great knowledge from workers 10/10

Very rude person working there! Most places here when you need air you just pull up and they will direct you and give you air for your tire. They have done so in the past and have never said not to pull up and ask for air. This time the man told my husband for us not to pull up and ask for air, “that we weren’t anything special”. We weren’t trying to be privileged or “special” we were just doing what we thought the process was. We left without the service. We had thought of maybe buying tires there. But we will take our service elsewhere. Maybe he was having a bad day.IDK But you should not treat your customers this way. If he wanted us to park, there is a better way to tell us. We didn’t have a problem with waiting just didn’t know their process.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Do NOT trust this place!! I was told a part needed to be fixed that was done a week prior... They cash in on ignorant people who may not know about cars, if it wasn’t for my dad I would’ve bought the part and would’ve been out $250. Please be careful and take someone you trust if you must visit this place.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. If I could give 0 stars I would. NEVER COME HERE I had a small leak and they said a plug was 10 bucks I walked away for 30 seconds and they stabbed it with a knife and told me it was no good and I had to buy a tire from them. I called the police. If anyone else has an issue like this PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE to call the police, the more reports they have the more likely we are to have them get in trouble anyone who falls for it just allows them to keep getting away with it.

VERY VERY VERY BAD OWNER AND EMPLOYEES I CAME TO CHECK MY TIRE IS LEAKING AND THE SAID MY VALVE STEM IS BAD AND I NEED A SENIOR THEY SAID 25$ dollars ONCE I WENT TO GO CHECK WHAT HAPPENED THE EMPLOYEE WAS ONLY CHANGING THE VALVE OF THE SENIOR NOT REPLACING WHAT HE SAID AND WHEN I TOLD HIM IS THE VALUE IS 25$ dollars and your lying about what you say he SAIS I WILL CALL THE POLICE AND WANTED TO CKICK ME OUT BUT THE TIRE WAS ALREADY OF THE CAR
AND THEY DIDNT CHANGE THE SENIOR THE JUST CHANGE THE VALUE
VERY BAD I THERES A ZERO STAR I WILL CHOSE THAY LAYERS AND Thieves and disrespectful people won’t go back

Took tires in for rebalance. Ended up with a hole in my floor board.
Employee damaged my car and then claimed it had been like that. You can clearly see fresh scuff marks on the underside of the vehicle. I have a hole in my car that wasn't there before with absolutely zero accountability and an employee who got loud, stated it was because the car is old and you can only jack it up so many times.
We've sent countless people here for tires, it has been the go to for years and if there were issues, as sometimes happens, it was always handled professionally and quickly.
